Was not able to make it all the way to the main falls due to snow. However still a good short hike.

Fardagafoss is a wonderful waterfall and an exciting short hike. Quite good for families travelling the Ring Road. It is not a major waterfall but nice and the hike is quite adventures for kids.

This waterfall has two levels. The first is about 1/4 miles up and an east hike. The second is another 1/2 mile and a little steeper. I did it with my mother thought and it's worth the trip! Beautiful views. About 45-60 minutes for the trip to both waterfalls including stopping for pictures.
