staff are professional and responsive. we returned the car at around 6am but they were already working. they didn't have the vehicle we reserved so they 'upgraded' it to a bigger one, i wouldn't say its a better one cos somehow one of the rear windows shattered (cause of the storm??) while we were parking the suv. one thing bothered me the most is that despite having upgraded to full coverage insurance, we still paid over 500 EUR for the broken window. i guess that's a normal practice of all car rental companies in iceland though?

Only had one staff working, so there was a quite a wait and every minute matters in Iceland during the winter when there are very few hours of sunlight. However once it was our turn, the staff got our car, and provided us everything we needed to have a fun and safe trip. Our vehicle was clean and was very safe to drive in. Highly recommended.

Great car and good price. I changed from booking 24 hours before my pickup date and they made the change without charging me the price difference. They even let me pick up the car 3 hours early. Would rent from them again!!

Such a great car rental company! Everyone we were in contact with were incredibly professional and nice. Our car was in great condition and had no trouble at all, make sure you get all the available insurance as Iceland roads and weather can be pretty unpredictable! Definitely recommend to others and will use them again. Thanks for everything!

Total scam to get deductible money. Working with this third party mechanic to get your money. They don't fully inspect when you rent a car. They don't fully inspect when you turn in either. Instead they just look for 1 item to claim as damage that wasn't on the last report. They will heavily dispute you, even when you have photos before hand showing the damage was already there.

Car had low tire pressure when we rented it. Had to correct it ourself.

- very good information on how to pick up the car
- very good information close to the start of the rental periode, regarding final preparations

All in all: A seamless rental experience.

I give them my best recommendation and I will definitely use them again.

We had some problems resulting in a delay to pick up the car by 1 day. That's our fault, not theirs but they leased out our car to someone else by the time we arrived the next day. What disappointed me was they claimed to try contacting us but I never received a phone call or email.

I used them last year and will definitely recommend this company. The whole paper work was done very fast. We got the new Kia Soul almost "fresh".
The same guy who received our car back, was not picky at all about the car's condition(it was OK, but not totally clean, also the gas level was a bit lower than at the beginning).
Overall very good, positive experience using their service.

Collect my car from Friskiloo, Reykjavik and return at airport. Both collection and returning very smooth and fast. I took a little longer time to inspect the car during collection after reading about all the bad experiences that certain people encountered. The car that I got were covered by dent, scratches, chipped glass and paint, which I consider it good so that some additional to it will not be easily recognize.. haha the car come with a GPS that wasn't stated in the specs but I was better off with my own mobile phone google map because there were few incident that the built-in GPS took a wrong route their prices were competitive compare to the other car rental company that I have checked.

Pleasure to book with- upgraded our car for free. One downside is that our car had a navigation system and they didn't tell us when booking. We paid for a GPS unit when we had the GPS available in the Dacia Duster we used. That car though was phenomenal on our trip. Fantastic gas mileage and super comfortable for our long rides exploring the country.

Easy to organise a car to collect for the next day. Clear pricing without any pushy insurance up-selling. We hired a VW Polo, which was clean and very new. The car was in great condition and did us well! Picking up and dropping off the car was easy.

I was a little nervous about hiring a car, given all the nightmare stories I've heard, however, I was pleasantly surprised and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again!
