    Good for budget backpacker
Allowed to stay overnight, free toilet, electric sockets can be found
besides locker, you can keep your luggage at the tourist info counter or reykjavik excursion counter (bit more expensive than tourist info counter)
If you would like to challenge sheep's head (traditional icelandic food) it can only be found here
But if you want to buy groceries or stock up any food don't buy it here

Convenient clean buses, but pricey like most things in Iceland.

Should offer shuttle service from domestic airport!

The tours were OK but the drop-off policy is terrible!! Imagine getting to a bus that is parked about 1/2 mile from the airport terminal in an icy parking lot in the dark and below zero temperature. Then get dropped off with your luggage blocks from your hotel. How about getting dropped off at 2 AM blocks from your hotel in minus 15 degrees weather. Well that is their drop off policy. Use anyone else!!

The woman working at the ticket counter was super friendly, flexible, and went out of her way to be helpful.

I liked everything our tour, airport transfer but today they came after 45 minutes to pick us from hotel. We thought we might have to take taxi!

We took the bus from the airport to the BSI station where we were supposed to catch an express bus into downtown Reykjavik but no bus ever showed up. The clerk at the counter was dismissive, saying that the shuttle would show up out front but never gave a time or anything that would help us discern which shuttle to take. There was a large group of us that were waiting for the shuttle (we found more every 15 minutes or so). Finally, someone caught the attention of a driver and we all called out to the others that were waiting and it turned out that we had more riders for the shuttle than could actually fit. Once we were on the shuttle, those of us with the same pass couldn't go to the same destination because the driver said that she didn't know where they were.

All in all, it was chaos, employees didn't seem to care, and we spent more time in the smelly bus station than we cared to.
