Booked 2 separate tours with this company - both were a lot of fun and totally worth the cost! Bogi (I think that is how you spell his name) was an especially great guide and was so informative about his country and culture. Learning about the Icelandic horses and other elements of Icelandic culture was absolutely amazing!

Booked 9am tour, and that start time was clear on the website confirmation and booking summary they emailed. I was there at 8:55, ie 5 minutes early. No pickup, no call (even though they said they tried). I called them, said I missed it as I was supposed to be there at 830. That 30 min early info is buried on the PDF ticket. They need to make it clear on the confirmation screen and email that you need to be at the pickup point 30 mins in advance. Also would be nice if the phone rep aknowledged that they should make the start time obvious. If you want me there at 8:30, please just list the start time as 8:30.

They operated well and everything went smoothly! We went on 2 tours with this company and both were great. The Golden circle classic was just okay, however, that was at no fault of the company. I would highly recommend the Golden circle and Fontana spa combined tour. The south coast classic tour was phenomenal. Our tour guide was amazing and the sights were among the coolest and most beautiful things I would imagine. Either way, great company and I would definitely recommend using them as they were the cheapest price and they do the exact same thing as all the other companies. WiFi worked well, and usb chargers were convenient.

I took three excursions with this company: South Coast--to Vic and had an awesome guide, Boulder who went out of his way to make the experience great. I also used this company to go on the glacier and explore the ice tunnel--amazing. Then I went on the Northern Lights Trip and Alex was the best. He took photos of us with the lights in the back ground and posted them to share with us. He gave us invaluable information and went beyond expectations in helping us to get the most of out our time in Iceland. I highly recommend this company. Awesome experiences.

They did the cheapest Northern Lights tour we could find in the city. They put us on a bus even though we arrived to their sales office literally as they were about to depart. We went about 45 mins out of the city and spent a few hours out but unfortunately saw nothing. We were about to leave at about midnight but the coach would not start! We waited for another coach to arrive, it was absolutely freezing cold and obviously we had no heating. It would have been nice if the company provided us with some warm clothes as they had advertised beforehand that they would rent out warm clothes for a charge. We came back for free for a second night in search of the lights but saw very little disappointingly. Of course not seeing the lights is completely out of the hands of the company. We also found the tour guides on both nights to be knowledgable.

Although the building did not have WiFi the bus did AND they provided a tablet for the audio tour which was really cool! The bus was much more comfortable than Gray Line, more space for leg room and I’m not even that big.

DO NOT GO ON A TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I went on several tours while in Iceland with multiple tour companies. I had no problems with any tour companies except Reykjavík Sightseeing. My aunt and I went on the Northern Lights Tour. We were hesitant because we didn’t want to go and not see the Northern Lights. However, we were assured that the tours only happen when there is a good chance of seeing the lights. So we booked the tour, and I really wish we hadn’t. The tour guide was rude to several people who asked questions. They also took us to places where there was light, like right next to a Lighthouse. They say the best chance of seeing the lights is in complete darkness, so why take people to a lighthouse???? When I contacted the company to say I was upset and would like a refund, they just said they don’t give refunds, but that I can come and do the tour again within the next two years. It is very unlikely that I will be back in Iceland within the next two years, so this is extremely unhelpful. Once again DO NOT go on a tour with this company. It’s just as expensive as the others, but at least the other companies are kind and have professional tour guides as well as great tours.

We booked the southern light tour and despite the high activity on that night and the clear sky at the cost the guides were not able to take us to a location in time and we miss a beautiful aurora.. in thingvellir national park it was way to cloudy (but a beautiful moon) and later they took us to another location where we could only see a tiny green light.
The téléscope was a nice touch and the tablets (the ones who works) in the bus too

We had a very good guide for the Golden Circle tour, and appreciated the complement of the audio guide, and flexibility to make some extra stops with the small group and smaller vehicle we happened to have on our day.

Had a fantastic time on the Into and Above the glacier tour with Reykjavík Sightseeing. The in bus audio guide offered 10 languages, which was perfect for my German friend.
