Es handelt sich um ein guesthouse, was als Monteurunterkunft dient. Dementsprechend hat die Einrichtung schon sehr gelitten, die Küche wird von Leuten nach der Arbeit genutzt, die keinen hohen Anspruch an Hygiene haben, ebenso die Bäder. Die Fotos der Räume entsprechen absolut nicht mehr der Realität. Eine Unterkunft nicht gerade zum Wohlfühlen.

The bathrooms are so-so. Service is simple but sufficient. The location its the best part, walking distance to downtown Reykjavik. A good option for the price.

Proprietor of the place tried very hard to make our stay pleasant. Expedia messed up the booking and we only ended up with 1 bed instead of 2 but AR Guesthouse accommodated us very well. Thanks for the pleasant stay!
