Beautiful hotel but my wife stayed here the night before our wedding and she was treated very poorly. They did not give her the suite she had booked and she had to fight to get changed for over an hour. On top of that, the hotel was very slow delivering food that had been pre-ordered and even that became a fight. Awful customer service for anyone but especially for a bride paying for a suite and other extras.

Gorgeous pool that really looks like the online pictures, nice & clean rooms in good condition, great view of the beach from the porch, very nice service.
They are also doing a good job of enforcing Corona rules.response / report this review -

We had a fantastic time! The room was clean and beautiful, the view was completely worth it! All meals were very tasty and they had a wide variety to choose from. The service was also incredible, everyone was so kind and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel , and will be back soon.

The wifi in the room is not working. It's my wedding day and I find myself making multiple calls regarding the wifi ( no cellular reception either). In the year 2020 I feel like a working wifi is basic. Especially considering the price!
