The stay at Leonardo was perfect. Extremely helpful staff and sea view during breakfast.

We are from Philadelphia PA in the USA and this was our first trip to Israel. We went in February. The staff at the Leonardo hotel made us feel like one of the family--very welcome and safe. It has wonderful views; an excellent breakfast (available a la carte daily w/extra fee of NIS 100 per person if not included as part of purchased package); clean facilities, furnishings and bathrooms; security at all entrances; and excellent support staff who speak multiple languages. There are two ATMs outside the hotel that offer International Exchange. There are numerous restaurants, shops and bars along Ben-Gurion Street to provide anything you may need. The ocean views are spectacular even from the 4th floor. The city itself feels safer than home. The hotel is located very close to multiple bus stations which can take you to any part of Tel Aviv for about 6 shekels a person. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who chooses to go to Bat Yam.

The best hotel in Bat-Yam. I had a great time staying in the hotel. The staff of the hotel is very kind and hospitable in all Israel.

Hotel is right on the beach about 50m from it. Off season it's a fairly good deal. There are buses to Tel Aviv from here that go through Jaffa.
Hotel has a pool and a gym.
Most rooms have a view to the beach.
Rooms are fairly spacious and have a tv,sofa,fridge,sink,kettle,air conditioner.
Room we were in needed a fresh paint coat.
Toilets looked about 10-15 years old.
Bed sheets weren't as clean as we would've liked and the bes spread seemed like it hadn't been washed in years.
Inside the hotel there`s a funny smell.Needs to be refreshed. There were some electrical wiring hanging on our floor.
This hotel is ok.
If you're going to go the beach most of your visit it's a good deal.response / report this review -

The suite was very clean and smelled very nice, the view was beautiful, the AC made a little noise but nothing too insane. The pool is fairly small but in the morning pretty empty so its fine, it is on the 7th floor and faces the sea so the view is also beautiful the dining room is also on the same floor and also faces the sea. The service in the dining room is extraordinary, we got served coffee and drinks to our table by their own initiative. The staff are very good and nice, they care about your well being, when we came at the first night we didn't have towels and the safe was locked, after a quick talk with the reception we got everything we needed. Overall a great experience and a very good vacation.

Not for longer stays. If you r not Israeli and you stay is company paid only staff rooms on 5th and 23rd floor for you. Pool is more pigeon pond. Breakfasts average. House keeping staff and door men are not capable to say good day to you or acknowledge you. Front office staff are nice but unhelpfull. Business lounge unmaintained and over all pathetic. But it s on the beach

No carpet in the room. Fan in the washroom didn't work. Thin, worn towels. Cheap tableware at all-you-can-eat breakfast. However, food was tasty.

The room has an odd odour to it, some kind of bad wood. When you get in, everything is too dark Bed sheets feel cheap. All the hotel has a creepy motel feel, including but not limited to its corridors, lifts and service. Business lounge feels lonely.

Hate this place.
First of all the hotel and the rooms looks totally different than the way they advertise it online,the room u book won't be the same room u will get,I have booked a junior suit room for 450$ for 3 night which is a very small room covering it to a real junior suit I have been to, when I got to the hotel the entrance and help desk were nasty,ppl there are not helpful there no one to talk too,after I checked in went up to the room at first the safe wasn't working after that when I wanted to take a shower there was no hot water,the rooms stinks,there was wholes in sheet of the bed,bed and pillows dirty and doesn't smell good.
Breakfast fast at the hotel was very basic and wasn't the best.when I decided that I can't stay at the hotel anymore and wanted to go somewhere else I went downstairs to speak to the lady at the desk who barley speaks English,she couldn't help me and told me that the manager will arrive At 3 o'clock In the afternoon, when I came back at night to speak to the manager he was very rude and didn't want to give us our money back.any way the hotel socked and I don't recommend anyone to stay in that hotel for any price.
