I stayed at the blue bay back in September 2009.
My stay was lovely Staff was very good.
Though being vegan,the staff went out of there way to provide me vegan breakfast lunch and dinner. Staff help where and when needed.

Sad to see it now closed.
And I wish good blessings to those who I met working there in 2009 and much success be open to you all.

Me and my girlfriend visited this hotel for one night, it has a great view but I found the breakfast disappointing, and the price was kind of steep for what we got in the end.

Stayed here 4 night. It is very far from central Netanya, on foot 30 minutes. Here the hospitability is unknow category. The staff is not friendly and never is smiling. The breakfast is poor, here unknow the salami and ham. The heating is in bad working order. The windows are dirty. The bathtub is very small. Not recommended.

The best part is the food. This hotel is trying hard, and has a grand footprint, with large pool, large gym and expansive patio area. Probably just my bum luck, but traveling solo in a group of couples, maybe they just gave me whatever room they needed to fill. My bath has no exhaust fan, so the mirror fogs up. The bath has no plug, so you have to shave on the bed plugged into the lamp plug. Calling this a 5 star hotel may be valid as far as other rooms go, but the hotel looks like it is recovering from a bad economy and doing the best it can with modest occupancy. They. Make an effort to garner the tour bus groups, and they have an impressive lobby. Food was out of this world, but the room was on a par with some shopworn Best Western.

Stayed here 1 night. Looks nothing like the pictures they show on the websites. Ugly. Far from central Netanya also, will cost you a lot in taxis just to get around. No sherut. Rude, impolite staff. Don't touch their breakfast, warm drinks and poor selection of food. Never staying at this dump again! Not recommended.
