Recently stayed at the Seasons for 7 nights. We received an upgrade to a suite on account of us staying for a week. The hotel furnishings are somewhat tired and the same goes for our room but it was very comfortable none the less. We were in a north facing room with an amazing view of the coastline.
The breakfasts are substantial but not lavish. The pool is well maintained with plenty of shade for those who prefer not to cook in the sun. My only gripe about the pool is the sun loungers. Most of them are made of wicker and without cushions are very hard to lie or sit on for any length of time. There were a limited number of cushions to go round.
The hotel is well situated. A 15 minute walk along the promenade to the main square but almost directly outside the hotel is a great little fish restaurant. There's also a coffee shop, mini supermarket, and pizza parlour.
All in all a great hotel if you ignore the dated decour.response / report this review -

The Seasons is not what they say. Half the things in my room were broken including the pull out sofa, which was broken and ripped. They immediately charged an extra 200 dollars at check in, claiming I had to pay more for extra persons even though I reserved a suite. The food is overpriced, charging $125 for 2 buffet dinners that sucked. It's old, dirty, and some of the people are rude.
Now, after meeting with the very friendly and accommodating manager, we were upgraded and moved to the penthouse. And it is awesome. Living like a rock star. Very well done Seasons. The pool has been fun. The people very nice and friendly. Most times, hotels do not respond this way, but The Seasons did and it is unbelievable. Thank you to ellsie, the beautiful Melvina and the guest manager.
If you come to Netanya, you should always stay at the Seasons.response / report this review -

Best hotel Natanya has to offer. Amazing service, great pool, extraordinary gym & a private beach, which supplies beach chairs for FREE! Great food, and after all these good stuff, it's not even pricy. I will definitely come back here!

Okay well first off I would like to say that the outdoor area was superb. The food not so much I was throughly disappointed with it😔. The rooms were pretty nice a little dated but otherwise quite spacious. We ordered room service which wasn't very good. We asked for towels in the morning but didn't get them till we were departing. I tipped the dude a lot but he didn't say anything to me.

Dear Sir/Madam,
as promised I am writing my experience in your Hotel.
I am a guest almost every year and sometimes even twice, as I am treated nicely by the rceptioniists and the rest of the staff. kast two times I even got a suit althow I did not order one and I got a bonus of an evening meal.
I am always happy to come to zour hotel. It is clean and tidy. I really recommend coming to the Seasons Hotel.

I was walking along with my 14 month old in his stroller when we had an emergency requiring the use of a restroom. We approached the entrance of The Seasons hotel and were refused entry by the doorman. I am a well mannered and well dressed 30 year old woman, my child was sitting calmly in his stroller. Surely, we were not a threatening duo.
There was nobody else around, no guests, no taxis. Who were we going to disturb so badly that we were denied entry to the lobby bathroom? I think the doorman was on a power trip.
The Seasons, for being in the hospitality business, is not very hospitable.
Undoubtedly, the lack of any people around just further proves the undesirability of this hotel.
