היינו במלון לפני שלוש שנים , אז לא כתבנו חוות דעת כי חשבנו שזה משהו חד פעמי.
המלון פשוט מפוצץ בזבובים .
לא רק בחוץ גם החדרים מלאים.

השירות פשוט מתחת לכל ביקורת, לא מתייחסים לדרישות הלקוח.
כשהגענו איבדנו משהו בחדר האוכל אמרו שיבדקו ויחזרו אלינו, לא בדקו ולא חזרו.
יום למחרת ביקשנו שיבדקו אם אפשר לעשות משהו עם קליטת האינטרנט , כי קליטה סלולרית אין במלון בכל החברות כבר שנים והאינטרנט החינמי שהמלון מספק לא נקלט כמעט בשום מקום במלון, ככה שתתכוננו להתנתק מהעולם לגמרי במלון, גם לבצע משלוח דרך הטלפון אי אפשר לבצע כי אין קליטה.
יום לאחר מכן נעלמו המפתחות מהחדר שלנו ובמלון אמרו שיבדקו ושוב אף אחד לא חזר אלינו.

המחירים במלון מופקעים ויקרים מאד.
חוץ מהנוף של המלון והבריכה לא יכול להמליץ על שום דבר אחר.

Good hotel for chilli g all day in. The food is good, large variety at breakfast and lunch. It's close to the duty free ice mall. The outside pool area is ni e and green.

Nice and different hotel, there are private rooms with double beds going from the pool, the restaurant has outdoor seating. The hotel is clean and the staff is kind and very helpful

Leisure hotel where time stops by. There is a stream shaped pool running through the hotel. The rooms by the water are the best. The food is really good. The hotel is a bit expansive but there is a goid value for money.

We sure come here next summer

Ok fist of all not every place in Israel that says has 4 stars. does have them.
4 stars class Hotels have enough parking places for all the guests. so there goes one star down.. food sucks on breakfast. another star down. Agamin Istotel Eilar is a 2 star hotel not a 4 star hotel.. remember it is not the decoration that gives you the rating

We had the best stay we could've asked for! we received a beautiful, new room a few hours earlier then expected and it was wonderful. Breakfast includes everything you could wish for - a GIANT variety of food, drinks etc. The hotel itself is clean, quit and beautiful, while the stuff is welcoming and warm. Our flight home was very late so we were able to stay in our room for a few more hours and it cost us around 180 shekels - so worth it. The only problem is the location.. it takes 15 minutes by foot to the center but taxi's are pretty cheap. Don't miss it! Such a good experience, can't wait to come back :)

A beutiful hotel with very high service . Really good food . Placed near the center of Eilat - you can arrive to the mall and the beach in minutes. Usually contains familys with children - but still a nice , quite hotel to stay in. The rooms near the pool are great .

We've been at this hotel for many many years and I personally think it's the best hotel for couples who
want to have the chill out experience as all day chill out music by the pool and no noisy activities by the pool.
This time we had the wonderful room with the pool deck as we reserved a standard room but they convinced us to upgrade for little addition to pool deck room as they said we will receive extras in the room like bathrobes and slippers and extra pool towels and the use of the nespresso machine in the room and everyday we will receive a little gift besides a newspaper.
When we arrived at the room we noticed the cartridges for the coffee machine. We finished the coffee the same day of arrival. The next day we noticed after housekeeping has cleaned up the room, they haven't added cartridges for the coffee machine so we called to request some. They said the cartridges are only given when arriving as a welcome thing. I think it's really silly to have a coffee machine in the room if they don't provide every day at least a couple of cartridges.
When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we noticed the hotel was relatively empty and only one clerk was at the front desk. For being quite empty we had to wait quite a long time before she assisted us as we noticed she was taking reservations over the phone.
When it's that quiet at the front desk customers should be handled with ASAP and I'm sure that phone reservations can be taken in the back office.
Another very annoying issue was that at arrival we requested late check out. They granted us with late check out at 1pm. 3 days later comes check out time and at 12pm we left the room for a couple of minutes. When returning to the room our key card would no longer work. We had to wait 40 minutes for a security guard to show up and let us back into our room. So the whole comfortable late check out was ruined by this.
