This is an exquisite hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed each with its own balcony that has a view of the ocean. High quality linen and amenities in the rooms.
There is never a problem for the staff, they are absolutely professional, friendly and helpful at all times. The staff truly makes you feel important and well taken care of.
The facilities in this hotel is of very exceptional standard. It has lovely lounges and dining rooms overlooking the beach. They also have a great gym looking out over the beach on the one side and over their indoors heated swimming pool and jacuzzi on the other side. They also have direct access from the hotel onto the beach. Don't mis out on spa treatments!
I would recommend staying here anytime if you feel in the mood for some pampering and luxury.response / report this review -

Fantastic views and very welcoming staff. Great location as well, with restaurants and bars within walking distance. This hotel typically appears as a pick-up spot for tours, as do the surrounding hotels

Stayed in one of the rooms renovated in late 2017. Beautifully done. Used their valet parking which was very reasonably priced, comparable to self parking rates at competing hotel up the beach. Excellent gym and pool and wifi that were all included. Also enjoyed the well provisioned executive lounge on the top floor. Quality of food was better than the competing hotel up the beach. Highly recommend this location and you will be rewarded generously with Marriott points. Only improvement to location would be the addition of more parking as they stated during busy times there may not be any. This is concerning, but I would hope their valet service will find somewhere to put the car! Will report back if this ever becomes a problem in the future. See attached room photos.

This is a very good hotel for business or vacation travel to Tel Aviv. It's located just above the beach and has beautiful sea views from the lounge, the restaurant and many of the rooms. Although I didn't use it, it had a beautiful roof deck pool also overlooking the sea. Many members of my group were staying at the Renaissance just next door and by comparison I would gladly choose the Sheraton again.

This hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. A full breakfast buffet and an egg chef that knows her business. The 16 floor lounge is great and again with staff that make you feel welcome. Likewise house keeping also offer very good service. Excellent location on the beach, no need to cross the main coast road. If you like to exercise or surf it’s great. Jaffa is an easy walk along the promenade and the rest of the city easy to reach by foot or taxi. Recommended.

Hotel is very dated. Even an upgrade would not fix it. They need a total overhaul of this place. Far too expensive for what they offer. Is the worst Marriott place I have ever been. Staff is OK, friendly and helpful but there are much better places in Tel Aviv for less money.

We were a large family group (10 adults, 2 children + 4 babies) staying in 6 rooms for just one night. The hotel is not new but it is well maintained and the rooms are comfortable. The only area that we saw where cleaning could be improved is the corridors on the room floors.
We ate Friday night dinner and breakfast, both of them buffet style. The range of food and the quality was impressive, and the service attentive.
We also enjoyed the indoor pool.
I have to take off a star because of the high price. I know that this is the standard for Tel Aviv hotels, but it is still hard to accept.response / report this review -

The building is slightly old, but rooms are updated. Wonderful breakfast buffet with made-to-order omelette, different white cheese, varieties of artisan bread and desserts (including creme brulee!). Professional and courteous staff. Docked one star because they never fixed an issue with the room door being loose.

Great location. Rooms are pretty standards for a business hotel and a bit dated. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of choice. Gym could be better.

The hotel is at a good location, no question. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful, and the direct access to the beach snd the wellness area are nice. To get the 5 stars I would have liked a room that doesn't feel like it hasn't been refurbished since 1980, and even being on the exec floor my bathroom was really small. To the defense of the hotel I havd to admit it was my first trip to Tel Aviv, so I cannot compare it with other hotels.

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The newly renovated rooms are very nice. The staff has gone out of their way to be friendly and accommodating at every opportunity. We will definitely make the Renaissance our "go to" hotel in Tel Aviv.
