Room is okay, nice and clean and the shower is refreshing. Breakfast is different but Ankita of choice if you love vegetables and fruits and tea time like food.

However the internet is very poor and for me on a business trip is really struggled. But for the cost not a bad hotel however however I would rate it at 3 star.

Great location, decent size rooms. The hotel requires a refresh and the room where we were was covered in dust. More care by the staff will be a first step towards 5 stars!

Just returned from a wonderful two day stay at the Leonardo art . The service was first class and very personable, people at the front desk were extremely polite,always with a smile and suggestions to make our stay more pleasant. Yacov made the best espresso and even provided us with a box with some goodies to take to the airport. Breakfast buffet was tasty and there were many choices to fill your appetite.
Our room was clean, the sheets were crisp, what more could you ask for!
The cleaning staff were efficient and when I needed extra towels,we got them.
Since we were celebrating my birthday, we were surprised by a tray with some bubbley wine, fruit ,bottled water and chocolates. It was a perfect ending to a memorable holiday. Thank you again.

Wonderful experience
At breakfast room everyone was a delight mainly Yaakov, tomer, Amir, Tal , and manager. Also Diana and everyone at reception desk.
We don't remember names of other people.
All were so helpful and went over and beyond their work.
They helped w directions, how and best way to get to a certain place, just amazing.
I will tell all my friends
What a warm welcome we got when we came back to the hotel a week later
Thank you very much to all of you. You made our trip a wonderful experience.

Yakov make the best coffee in Israel.
Ayat and Mr Reuben are very kind and helpfull,

Worst value for money I have had.
No sea view, not clean, the breakfest buffet was terrible. The elevators were slow and rare.
Located in one of the best location but the hotel is foind in a dirty parking lot with uran smell arround it.

This hotel was more than acceptable but for the complete incompetence of their staff who double charged our entire stay and a.month later I'm still unable to get my money back. Disgusting and despicable behaviour. The actual hotel is fine

I hated every minute I found the staff with exception of one very well English speaking gentleman, extremely rude and unaccommodating. I felt uncomfortable unwelcome and nearly every day I asked how to place an international call and without fail the info was incorrect. The one morning I was in desperate need for an extension for my laptop for work purposes where I was literally shouted at by the man at reception. I will NEVER come to nor recommend this hotel.!

Pleasant hotel right next to the beach. Staff are very nice and hotel is well maintained. The access to the main entrance is a little unpleasant, but if you go by cab you're good.

They lost our booking even though we booked 3 months in advanced. They gave us two uncomfortable portable beds instead of proper beds which we ordered. Too many managers work there who do not communicate to each other about guest problems, had to repeat the story to each one. The reception were not empathetic about our problems. The cleaning staff do not clean the rooms well. No sheets change. They don't replenish teas and coffees in the room. The shower shampoos and soaps are poor quality.
