Nice, food was great except on the morning of the shabbat. I would highly recommend this to guests.
很一般的在地旅館,什麼都有,什麼都普通,餐不錯吃但餐廳經理非常苛薄。 The restaurant manager is really mean. We ordered the birthday cake and paid it. He lied to our team member it was for free then asked no take out. after confirming with the cashier he still claim he didnt do apologize and still mean.
The hotel was very nice and conveniently placed close to the city centre and transportation anywhere. The manager, Akram was really helpful, friendly and professional. Good choice for a Jerusalem retreat :-)
I had a wonderful stay at Prima Park Hotel. The staff showed excellent hospitality and were really helpful! Specifically, the manager Akram was very professional and attentive to every detail regarding my stay. He answered all of my questions and even gave me great recommendations on what to do around Jerusalem.
Nice hotel, with an amazing breakfast with many options. Good location, very close to the public transportation system. Easy access to historical places. The room could be better, small bathroom.
We have made reservations for 3 adults. the room was not prepared for 3 adults. It wasn't clean. Very mediocre hotel. Would not recomend
It is a very good hotel I love the food and service. And I hope I will be able to come again. 😊
Hotel is well placed fur access to the tram/light rail in Jerusalem. Hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast offers a great choice.
A great hotel with a lot of amenities. There's free wifi and great food.
Decent service. Part of the rooms have been refurbished. Light train station leading to city center at walking distance. Easy approach to Jerusalem's main exit to Ben Gurion airport and Tel Aviv.
Very lovely, cozy hotel, location and rooms are great and the service is kind and invisible. Only complaint is the poor wifi, but nowhere close to a deal breaker.
Rooms are a bit old, but they are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast and dinner is not good at all.
Top notch service, great accommodations, excellent food.
Very friendly staff, great rooms, good beds and a nice place to stay. However, the food there was disgusting many times, to the point I actually was convinced I did not like Israeli food in general. Later I found out the hotel is just very bad at preparing a meal. I will recommend this place to anyone, but go to a restaurant instead of having dinner here.
Pretty good hotel. Clean non-smoking rooms. Good food. Nice bar. However bad WiFi internet.
Good enough place to stay on a budget. Far from the old city but right on the light rail line.
Great hotel . I ate some food there and it was tasty
An average hotel. Only the location was great, next to the tram and in walking distance to the central bus station. The room was not that clean, the breakfast was average and the personal was kind of rude. I will try to find a better option in my next visit in Jerusalem.
The food was awful, the first time I went there I found a snail in the salad. What was even more appalling was the lack of reaction which it garnered from the staff when I brought it to their attention. We were also seated under a dripping air conditioner, another dilemma met with absolute apathy by the staff. The second time was better, but not good enough to get over the trauma of the first (both times I stayed there as a guest at family events).
