Got recommendation from Artzenu tours. No frills room with bathroom and kitchenette/ tv and couch. Roomy and clean,but dated,which didn't concern us. Loved the location near Ben Yehuda St, the great synagogue,Mahane yehuda market. Breakfasts were nice and varied. Place was quiet. Great value for money.

This hotel is clean and pleasant with a friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is generous and tasty. It is not expensive. I plan to return to Lev Yerushalayim on my next visit.

Decent place. Eleveated prices for the holiday sucked. Nice bathroom! Kitchen had no utensils or cook wear so it wasn't much good to me. Needs better laundry service

Excellent food and general hosting, though hotel needs some renovating. We will probably be back. We really had a nice experience.

If you are staying with a school group or youth group stay away from this place. I am here with my school and we are all 17-18 years old and the staff is horrible to us. We have had keys quit working and when we get them fixed the staff tells us not to put them near our phones. Here the thing the keys weren't near the phones. Also all the electricity in my room turns it's self off so I asked the manager what can be done. He told me to put something over it. Well that didn't work and I didn't find that out until almost 1am so when I went to ask if there was anything else that could be done the man at the front desk and the security guard talked to me like I was stupid. Save your self the trouble of being talked down to and treated like you have done something wrong and stay anywhere else. So I will get no sleep tonight due to these people because I can't charge my phone when there is no power making the outlets work.
