The hotel is not very clean and run down. The cleaning staff do a bad job of not cleaning the rooms. The toilet of the room ( a suite) I stayed in smells like a misused public toilet. The disposae paper cups I used were not changed for the entire 3 days. The sofa in the living room had only one back rest as against two. The staff do not pay attention to details and not very polite. This is my last stop in a 7 day stay in Isreal and my holiday was almost ruined. I had to check out to go stay in another hotel for one night

Good quality hotel close to transport links and with easy access to key areas of Tel Aviv. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Good facilities.

This isn't the first time I'm visiting and enjoying the Spa in this hotel. Pleasant atmosphere, good breakfast, friendly service and professional massage. From the pool floor, you can enjoy the urban view of Tel Aviv. Recommended

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at the Leonardo hotel. The accommodations were top notch, and the service was excellent. I will definitely stay again the next time i am in Tel Aviv. Highly recommended!

I didnt stay here hence I cant say anything about its comfort etc. However the building itself aroused my curiosity from the moment I spotted it from the train station. Leonardo City Tower looks magnificent !

What a delight it is to stay at City Tower! We are here for an extended stay, and from the moment we arrived the staff has been very attentive. Ofra in particular has made us feel so welcome, going above and beyond to meet our needs. We have a beautiful suite, and look forward to the wonderful breakfast every morning. Carmit has connected with my children, making this hotel feel more like home. The whole experience at Leonardo has made an impression we will carry with us as we relocate to our new home in Israel.

The service is excellent, the hotel staff are very attentive to our needs. Our room is particularly nice, with a beautiful view and lots of sunlight. But I must say the breakfast is amazing. This is my first time to Israel, and it is a delight to wake up to so much delectable variety. From the family of 1608 and 1609, thank you very much!

Check in was speedy and I got a glass of fizz which was a nice surprise but it was downhill from there.

The room was a bit tired, good view of the city with the sea in the distance though. Bathroom had mould in the grout and even a couple of cracked tiles. Shower pressure was okay.

Went to use the pool and staff weren't very helpful, had to be asked every detail. Couldn't figure out how to get a locker key either so just took my stuff with me and put it on a sunbed whilst I went in the pool. Pool area and jacuuzzi in particular was dirty and in need of some tlc.

Breakfast was average, dinner was a buffet but I didn't try it.

Will try somewhere else next time.

Its an old hotel. Not so clean. Everything is old. And hole between room is note air-conditioned. So its hell hot there. Only if you geat really cheap price its worth of it

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and this is the first time in my life I have gone online to complain about a hotel. The treatment we got here was just so terrible that feel obligated to warn people about this hotel. There are “life guards” who work in the swimming pool area. This area is the nicest area in the hotel and we chose the hotel for that reason only. These so called life guards are not there to guard anyones life. This is a small area where everyone can see each other and there is no threat of anybody drowning. These men who do not seem to serve any purpose, seem to want purpose so bad that they will spend all there time harassing guests of the hotel. They make up fake rules that they force upon guests, like “no children in the jacuzzi” and “parents must not stay more than 1-2 meters away from their children in the pool.” My son for example is 7 years old and he is a good swimmer. I had put arm floaties on his arms and he was walking around in the shallow end of the pool where he can easily stand with most of his body above water. I was lying on a bench not more than 2 meters away from the pool and I was talking to my son. The “life guard” came running towards us almost screaming at me in front of everyone “TOGETHER!!! TOGETHER” waiving his hands to suggest that I have to be in the pool with him at all times. This was done in such a rude and disrespectful manner that I have no words to describe it. The first day I just decided to go along and I spent most of my time in the pool where my kids wanted to be. Still this was not enough to satisfy this life guard on a power trip. If my son moved so much as 2 meters away from me I got hands waived at me again from the lifeguard and rude mumbling in hebrew.

The next day there was a different life guard working and we still got similar treatment. That time we went into the spa and asked the staff there if there was such a rule that we have to stay in the pool with the kids at all times. They said no and we told this to the life guard. He said he didnt care and the spa staff have no authority over him. Then we went downstairs to the lobby and talked to some manager. That woman also said that it was fine for us to lie on a bench and watch the children. Since we knew that the life guards would probably not listen to us we asked the woman to come with us and talk to them, which she did. After that he left us alone. Later we went to a supermarket and came back to the pool area an hour later. Guess what? New life guard had started his shift and of course he was suspisious when we told him about what had happened with the manager. He called the lobby and was surprised and seemed very angry at us for taking away this “vital” part of his job (btw this seems to be the only thing they do apart from harassing people who open glass bottles at the sun benches). After this I could see that he watched me very close and I could feel that he wanted to get back at me. When I went into the jacuzzi with my daughter he ran over to us almost screaming “NO CHILDREN IN THE JACUZZI!!”. I had to grab my daughter and leave and this was done in a very rude manner. I was so offended and angry that I kind of screamed at him while we were leaving about him being rude and I may have used the F word. Me, my girlfriend and 5 year old daughter walked into the spa and he followed us in there. Told me to stop and walked up to me with his face to mine like he was about to attack me. Stood there with his crazy eyes until I reminded him I had a child with me and then we just walked away. After this we went to the lobby, and guess what? There is not and never has been any rule about no children in the jacuzzi.

This is the treatment we got after paying 400 dollars a night. Horrible hotel, stay away at all cost.

The hotel is really not 8.1 as booked. Breakfast was terrible. It started with a noise and a mess. 10 minutes for the omelet. Unrepaired tables. A 30-minute line at the barista. It went on until at 5:00 PM they did not clean the room.

Our stay was horrible! Me and my friends are here on vacation and hosntly it was NOT worth our stay! We was excited and so happy to come here that was until we got here! First, getting in touch with front desk and room service was a Pain! We had to call 5 times for before they actually picked up! And on top of that we decided ok let's go swimming so the pool is kinda nice. Beside all the birds flying into the water, while playing and relaxing one of my friends out of no where told us to get out the water and come to find out there was a BLOODY USED TAMPON!!! Just sitting soaking in the bottom of the pool! Like how nasty! That water was in me and my friend mouth and eyes!!!! Then we went to front desk to talk to manger and when we brought him back up it was gone! Then he act as though we were just making it up! And then we was like okay we just gone let it slide whatever. so we went to shower and the water is dark dirty brownish red!!! We took pics and call front desk and 15 mins later they finally answered and we explain and all they said was oh we will send some one up. 30 mins later still no one ! We had some where to be so we didn't have time to waste. so we sat on OUR vacation and let that water run for close the 30 mins and finally it cleared up ENOUGH and we was able to shower! I'm sorry but a vacation is not suppose to go as such! Hotels are not suppose to treat guests like these people do here! It's sad and disrespectful! There is no reason they do not have the sound mind to treat there hotel guest with some respect and actually have things working and clean for 475 USD! I will never come back here nor will I advise anyone to spend time here! This trip is a disappointment completely!!!!!

Service in restaurants is ridiculously slow or absent. No iron available for clothes. Noisy. Not close to stores or restaurants. Better off by the beach.
