Comfortable rooms and good food. The hotel has a really good location; 5 - 10 walk to the center and main attractions of the city.

This hotel is a fantastic find.The quality for the price is really good.Nice staff, good breakfast and the rooms are spacious with all the mod cons,cooking facilities, actually like a whole apartment,in every class of booking.

Lovely little hotel. Tidy, clean rooms with mini kitchens and powerful AC. Perfect Israeli breakfasts with many choices of cheese, veggies, eggs, fish, yogurt, juices, with fresh omelettes to order. Nice outdoor patio and fish fountain. Stayed here for a total of 4 nights, split between 3 check-ins. Close to beaches, easy walking to great food and downtown. Very helpful about booking taxis, leaving bulky luggage between stays.

Worst customer service ever. I booked a one-bedroom suite for my sister visiting, very excited for the price, location, size, and all the excellent reviews online. I called and the front desk told me that I cannot request a late check out without booking another room. I informed them that their website states that we can have a late check out (it is on Shabbat). He said, well we cannot. I asked to speak to the manager and he said alright, but then when he asked the manager, I heard the manager say no. WOW! He could not even speak with me. I offered to pay $100 to check out by 4 pm, but he said no. He does not even know the date that I am staying. Several times he explained the same thing to me over and over again, which of course I understand other people check in, but way to accomodate your customers by giving false information online. Either update your website or check the dates which your customer requests a late checkout!

Nice place. Great breakfast but shower was pretty bad. Water pressure was low and the bathtub plug was missing. When asked about it they replied they do not provide bathtub plugs at all.

Location, staff, magic touch of coziness with small fish pond in the entrance. Great place to stay.
Rooms are very clean. It's not a LUXURY facility but it is very very nice place.
