Really enjoyed our stay here. Near the beach and lots of good restaurants. Hard to find from the street though have to walk through a weird entryway alley. Great porches also

Not a recommended place, after waiting for 4 hours I got the wrong room and now have to wait again? I've ordered a suite and saw people that came after me being upgraded to while I paid for a suite and didn't get one?
If this is how they treat their premium paying customer then they are not worth my business.

An excellent hotel right across street from a beautiful beach. Plenty of convenient stores and restaurants from McDonald's to 5 star restaurant immediately around hotel. Hotel itself is clean and rooms are excellent especially if you get the right view of both city and ocean. Do yourself a favor and get breakfast included. You will spend that extra money anyways and the breakfast is 4 star. Not exactly a 5 star in an American way. But you are not in America. Parking is not free despite things you read but plentiful. Also rooms have no USB port for your phone charge and American chargers don't work. You can buy an Israeli charging cube across the street if you need one. This is a Marriott or Sheraton style hotel for you Americans who know what to expect from those hotels.

This is my go-to hotel in Tel Aviv and have stayed here multiple times. It is conveniently located a block from the beach in a downtown area near restaurants and groceries. The rooms are also spacious. They have reasonably priced suite rooms with basic kitchettes, separate living rooms and bedrooms which are perfect for long-term business travelers or vacationing families. Balconies also provide nice views of the beach and/or city.

Great location, the view to the see from our room and from the swimming pool was beautiful. No shadow in the water at the nice swimming pool. No fridge to use just locked minibar. Great service. Very clean. Very recommended.

It was very sad expirience, very old and dirty hotel
We booked suite in this hotel and hoped to enjoy our vacation. After we checked in, we were very disappointed. The hotel was shabby, old, and was really dirty. You can see on pictures, how dirty it is. I think it is even dangerous to be inside. It is hard to explain, but you can smell that it is old, and see dust and dirt inside, almost all furniture, doors are so shabby, that is unpleasant to touch it.
We complained to the manager, they offer us 15% discount for first night, and say that we should not expect more from such old building, also they plan renovation sometime soon.
We had to spend time and find a new hotel, they do not even offer us help.
If you can choice, do not put your health at risk.

Loved the place.
Group business trip organized by my "parsimonious" employers, which normally means "a clean bed" - but landed on our feet here and my clear favourite hotel out of the few down the Tel-Aviv strip I've had.
The group as a whole had mixed classes of rooms - I got a mini-suite (kitchenette/living area with balcony and separate bedroom and good bathroom) - but some are simply regular rooms.
If you're looking for 4/5-star amenities then maybe this isn't for you - it's a pretty stripped down operation (room service is a token gesture) - but for me it got everything I wanted spot on.
Comfortable room, great bed, air-con that could cool a desert, wifi that simply worked, good breakfast buffet with coffee/food cooked to order as well.
Plus, genuinely free beer! 5pm-10pm breakfast bar puts on drinks and nibbles. Really appreciated and perfect place for people to drift down to after work and a shower, before heading out.

Probably the worst serviced hotel. Front desk is a mess when trying to make requests. Asked if I can move into another room and they said yes. Turns out that was wrong. Why say yes when they don't even follow though? During another stay the maids lost my headphones while they were cleaning. Not very observant when cleaning.

Where to start, maybe with the recommendation STAY AWAY.

I arrived to the hotel around 6 pm on Saturday after 18 hours of flight. Had to carry my heavy bags from the taxi to the hotel, through case of stairs. No bellboy in sight. Then, the reception. This is the place where one waits, and waits andwaits. 10-15 min. later I got some attention. Exciting.
I had to ask at the reception or help me with the bags, and got very surprised looks.

The booking was "a balcony with a sea view". The room was on the 7th floor, which in practice was "a balcony with a parking lot view with some sea at the distance". The room was dirty, and the bathroom had visible footsteps marks on the floor. I do not want to think about the carpet in the room. Luckily, it was a dark carpet. The stains on the bathroom floor stayed there during all the 3 days I stayed there.

I did complain. Got a message to call the reception to discuss this further. I did call. No one answered the phone at the reception. The day after, I got a call at 8:30 AM (!). My jet lag was never happier.

The day I left, the same story with the bags. I had to carry everything by myself. Heavy bags, stairs to the taxi. Joy.

To summarize, save your money and nerves, and book a different hotel.

Had an amazing experience at the Isrotel. The staff is very friendly and always looking out for guest's needs.

The morning brunch was definitely a highlight. The breads are all freshly baked and served with a wide variety of cheeses, fruits, and spreads. If you leave hungry, you aren't doing it right.
