The bathroom floor mat had blood marks on it. The rooms was very old looking. They are poorly designed and cleaned. The rooms on the bottom floor desperately needs renovation so ask for a room near the top floor. I did not enjoy the food at this hotel particularly. Bathroom was not clean. The hot tub does not heat. Many of the rooms on the bottom floor have a weird smell to them especially when you try to run the A/C. Some how my friends and I got locked outside the hotel in the pool area. The weight room is very low quality.
I love the place nice rooms good food good service nice view
Breakfast at the hotel was decent. Dinner was better. Hotel is near town. Within 15-20mins walking distance. Good view of the lake. Piano in the lobby was available for anyone to play which was really nice.
I visited with my church out of Arkansas. The hotel is beautiful. Our hotel room had a view that looked over the sea of Galilee. We had awesome service from the front desk, especially from Walid. He was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good time and good service. Thanks Walid

Great location and amazing view of the Sea of Galilee.
It was very good being in the hotel. Receive welcome and warm customer service. Great view of the scenery, overlooking the vast Sea of Galilee. Fair variety of food choices for meals for breakfast and dinner (absent for lunch). Hopefully there will be some balconies install in the future.
The rooms were nice and the view was spectacular, but the service wasn't so good and we got yelled at very rudely by one of the employees who managed the dinning room and we saw him yell at several other people
Nice hotel. Great pool and incredible view of the Sea of Galilee! Friendly staff and great food!
Nice, clean. Breakfasts are ok
Jeni is the ABSOLUTE WORST receptionist & the rooms are dirty!!
Dirty rooms, rude, dishonest staff, old facilities despite recent renovation.
Keep away. Far far away.
Doesn't even rate the one star🤢. Perfect location for an excellent hotel, overlooks the Sea of Galilee but after you walk past the magnificent view from the elegant lobby and bar, and get in the elevator, it all goes downhill fast.
You struggle to even get three people and your bags in the elevator, that is once it turns up.
The hotel specialises in hiring the most arrogant and rude staff, don't bother calling them to ask why the air conditioning isn't working - it's winter time and just open the window.
And the carpet is brown to hide the poor standard of cleaning; and don't bother trying to close the shower screen which fouls on the bath and nearly pulls the whole thing off!
They are 3k from the nearest restaurant but it is well worth the WALK even on a Shabbat to avoid eating there. The breakfast buffet has the worst and limited range of food and it is difficult to find a clean table. Stay anywhere else.
Nice location, friendly staff. Maxim 3 stars
Good location to the Lake, small elevator, poor facility
Very comfortable place and the best in the area
Nice place ever
