Except for the fact that the air conditioner only heated the room everything else was on point. The room also had a decent view of the sea of Galilee.

The upkeep is not great.The bathroom didn't have the soap dispenser working! Ac was centrally heated and the room got warm towards the night

This was a real disappointment staying at this hotel . I felt I am in the seventies and they rip me off with the price . I paid $ 150 . It's not worth more $70. The breakfast wasn't great wifi didn't work properly . The view from the room was a horrible opposite bus station . The only thing was good is the Customers service . I don't recommend you to book it .

We arr arrived with my familiy for one night in this disaster of hotel.
Room very dirty with hairs and blood on the towels and the shower.
I have reserved by booking hotel. This hotel is a really shame !
We have to change the hotel after one hour only we were too afraid and i didn't want to let our child sleep in this dirty room.

The pros: large rooms, fantastic breakfast buffet. Cons: dirty, noisy, crabby staff, outdated decor, no soaps or shampoos, no vending, no washcloths, industrial neighborhood, general creepy feeling throughout. Oh, and my pillowcase had dirt and bloodstains. Disgusting beyond belief.

Don't leave your things in the room! So disappointing. We forgot our backpack in our room on checkout day and when we called the hotel to set it aside for us their was no sign of the bag. We have since called every day waiting for a trace of the bag to show up and nothing. I hate to think it was stolen by the clean up staff but that is what it looks like. A scary situation when looking for a trustworthy hotel.

Rooms and bathrooms need some maintenance, otherwise the hotel is very nice, the pool was great and had nice surroundings. Breakfast was very diverse. The hotel is within walking distance of beach and city center. The reception staff speak very good english and are friendly and helpfull

My wife and I stayed at the hotel in October last year.It has a nice location, good view of the Sea of Galilee area and a good restaurant. We enjoyed the meals and service. We look forward to going back
