not a good hotel. bad staff and food. plus they refused to turn on the hitting in the middle of the winter!!!! never experienced a service as poor as i received there. dont go there

During a family visit I got the chance to enjoy a good lunch at this hotel. Plenty of dishes to choose from, very tasteful. Also the spafacilities deserve mentioning. The massage was indeed a very relaxing treat. The view on Akko from the garden is extraordinary.

Nice place. Amazing view. A short walk from the old city and the Azrieli center. The only thing that bothered me was bad maintenance - my air condition console was broken and a/c didn't work.

We been there for a business convention. The parking area was big enough, the hall used was ok and the support services were good (all around coffee, fruits and cakes). Lunch was a bit spicy but the quality was good.
All in all we were able to concentrate on the business which is what we came for.
The hotel also have a pool and an excellent access to the beach.response / report this review -

Went to the Hotel's spa for a breakfast and massage pacakge. Breakfast was made in the hotel's dining area which was very crowded and noisy. Selection was ok. Massage was fine, but the spa area needs more than a lick of paint.

Great location. Delicious meals. A new outdoor pool.
Indoor pool, gym and fitness classes included for adults and kids. Water sport. Spectacular sunsets and view on old Acre. Beach adjacent to the hotel. Free parking.

The hotel didn't have a gift shop, where you could buy snacks after hours, the room service, closed the same time the bar closed at 11.30pm, dinner finished at 9pm, after the bar closed at 11.30pm, you couldn't get food or drink anywhere in the hotel, it calls itself disabled friendly, the only thing that could make it disabled is the bathroom had a wetroom, as well as a bath, the choice of fruit in the hotel was watermelon or canteloup melon, alot of the time the food was the same everyday in breakfast and rather boring at night.
If you wanted to go anywhere, shopping etc, you had to go by taxi, or if you were a good walker, it would be a 15 minute walk to a bus stop, the only touresty place to go shopping, was Akko Old Town, all there was to visit was The Citadel in Akko, there's the Turkish Bazzar that is like a market, it's mainly geared up for the locals, but it's worth a walk through to the harbour and the sea.
If you don't speak, read and be able to transerlate hebrew, don't go to the Rimonim Palm Beach Hotel in Akko, as none of the literature or maps they have are available in Englishresponse / report this review -
