Rating for the Muscat Restaurant. Such a disappointment.- for a restaurant that according to many reviews online is supposed to be the best in the North. Uninspiring menu, basic appetizers, flavorless filet for main that was overpriced, and ordinary desserts.
And it's not ok ask for tip in cash.response / report this review -

In bad need of a fresh coat of paint and some serious tlc! The included vegetarian restaurant for dinner is below sub par but the breakfast is great. The not included steak house is tremendous. Rooms are big and comfortable but very, very outdated. Shower heads are at about 5 ft tall so if you are tall you shower on your knees.

Wonderful hotel. It's isolated location, while it is still accessible (with vehicle), and in proximity to all touring options in the northern part of Israel, make it one of the best options for a relaxing stay.
The hotel was founded as a farm hotel. You will see animals there. It's not weird at all as they provide some of the wonderful food you will be eating.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the urgent need in renewing it. It's time, and the new management (Isrotel), knows it. It is going to take place next year, and it is also something to consider when planning your vacationresponse / report this review -

I would give the place 3.5 stars.
The place is quite and tranquil, maintains retro style in the lobby, rooms and other facilities but in times looks like a Kibutz guesthouse (some might find it appealing and maybe it is this way on purpose).
Rooms are nice to stay in and we had plenty of room but some of the hooks are loose, made of cheap plastic and fall apart easily.
You wouldn't expect it in a place that charges $300+ for half board in its simplest room.
Same for the plastic cups and instant coffee Seriously? Can't you put some decent coffee machine?
The most annoying thing is the service though. And it's not the room service or the restaurant stuff service but the attitude of people you talk to in the front desk.
After leaving the hotel we found out that two items were left behind in the room and called to ask the hotel to ship them to our address.
It is now the third day I'm waiting for someone to call me backresponse / report this review -

If you are looking for a "non_corporate NOT CHAIN hotel, this is your place, this beautiful hotel is located on a mountain (cliff style) gorgeous views surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers, the place is very romantic and quiet, I'm not a vegetarian, neither my family, but We were delighted by the wonderful choices, colorful organic healthy food, I just couldn't get enough, the decor is romantic, modern antique, very peaceful with courteous staff, indoor pool and jacuzzi for those lovebirds. Gym Spa and massages available, They grow their own veggies, and even have a stable with goats, sheep and various animals, the stable is far away so no worries about noise and smells. This place do not need renovations it is pleasure to find a typical NON CORPORATE Place to spend your time relaxing and socializing.

Really disliked the food and the service was okay. Typical Israeli style which is spotty.
Beautiful views. Cleanliness wasn't that great and there was construction so some noise
The place seems like it's doing some much needed renovation.

One of the best spa hotels in the country. Great location, amazing views, good food and spacious rooms. The live concerts in the evening also added a nice touch.
All in all, a great place to relax and recharge.

One of the top spa hotels in Israel. Fantastic place. Great attention to the small like a fine hotel should have from he rooms to the food and the spa treatments. Highly recommended!
