Great place to stay. The staff was so helpful. It is located within walking distance of old Jaffa as well as shopping areas.
Not really a 5 Star hotel anymore. Great view by the beach but not really close to anything interesting. The whole place is run down and desperately in need of renovation. No fresh fruit at breakfast, unbelievable considering Carmel Market is 500m away. A cleaner merrily and loudly vacuuming during the breakfast service is also not acceptable for a 5 Star hotel. Toilets for non guests dirty. Stay here if you must.
Great group reception from the Hotel staff. Rooms have been updated. Some room maintenance is needed. Great view from most of the rooms. Excellent food selection. Bellhop was very helpful.
Great Hotel Pleasant and Professional staff. Don't take the free city tour that is offered to the diamond museum. It's a waste of time and a excuse to get visitors to spend time in the jewellery retail store.
The room (executive suite) was very nice and the room service was excellent. We said the room is a bit cold and in 2 minutes they brought a radiator to our door. Pool was closed (December, but so what?) and spa costs extra so we didn't go. Dinners were not so good. Breakfasts were far better. Laundry costs per item type and a bit expensive, I'd expect it to be per weight.
Don't be fooled by the pictures. This is an old dated hotel in serious need of renovation. The worst part is that the HVAC cooling is shut down for the winter. Well it is going to be 76 today and 80 tomorrow so AC is needed. Tried to sleep with balcony door open but due to traffic noise could not. Why would you stay here? Stay somewhere that you can control the temperature in your room. It's your money.
I would give it 3.5 🌟.
The location is great, and the view from the balcony amazing.
The room was standard and a bit old.
The breakfast is nice and with lots of variety. The other meals were OK.
We had to wait for more than 15 minutes to enter the dinner on Friday night, and that was disappointing. The did not book specific hours for the guests as most hotels do to prevent the waiting. Also we had that dinner no service at the table, had to bring basics on our own.
The service and staff were great (other than that dinner), helpful and kind.
Great hotel and a fantastic buffet in the morning. Located across the street from the park along the Mediterranean Sea, and only a 20 minute walk to some nice restaurants in old Jaffa.
Staff are really friendly. The place is showing its age though and the service matches. It's the little details. No complenentary bottled water When it should be there. Mini bar was not working and holds like 1 can of beer. No shoe shine stuff, newspaper. I think you get my drift.
Bit of trouble when checking in as there was last min changes in the name. They are quite reluctant to accommodate. Insisted on having my company call their hotel. Finally after 45 min, I got my room.
The room is quite good except for the carpet. It feels wet and mouldy. Need to air the room when enter the first time. Think they are in the process of upgrading cause some of my friend description of the room is different.
The lounge was nice and cozy. The waitress is attentive.
The location is superb. Beside the sea and near carmel market.
Overall quite a pleasant stay.
Great service with great staff! Spent the week with our 4 kids. The breakfast is very good . Gym open 24 and free! Swimming pool clean and calm!! You also get some nice treats for kids! Rooms are clean. Very good location in Tel Aviv. But above all are the personnel!!
We will come back.
The hotel overlooks the beach. Bathrooms and hallways are a little older. The staff are pleasant and helpful. An excellent kosher breakfast buffet with a vegetarian section and other variety to please most.
Very nice rooms. Looks like it has been renovated recently. Felt clean and modern. Food was plentiful and some of it very good ;)
Excellent experience with customer support. We missed our breakfast due to getting late from the US , and we received breakfast as a room service. Many thanks especially to Sharon, who speaks perfect English.
I really enjoyed staying here. The food was really good at each meal. The room was nice and it was large enough. I loved my view as well. It was a bit confusing to navigate the halls and the elevators had a malfunction but otherwise it was a great stay!
We had a lovely stay at the Dan Panorama. The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere from this hotel. Good restaurants are minutes away. The Mediterranean sea beach is right across the road. Fabulous Pool and comfortable lounge chairs. Our room was nice. A little smaller than your standard room in North America.but you don't come to Israel to stay in your room. A special shout out to Daniel the Concierge. He helped us with tours and recommended some good restaurants. Hotels are expensive in Israel but the Dan Panorama is definitely worth the stay. We hope to come back someday soon. 5 stars.
Though an old one, Dan panorama has some how managed to maintain it's class. On the outside the hotel is not very impressive and yet when in the hotel the feeling is that you're taken care of. The food is good and rich, the rooms are clean and have a great view. Some sections do need renovation. Good location
Old fashion. Main door was not working. Small rooms, problems with elevador. Amazing breakfast. Lack of signal for parking lot
Make sure to get the renovated rooms. Very nice. Good service. Generally good viewseven of Jaffa
Rooms are adequate, need some updating in bathroom. Great view of Mediterranean Ocean. Fantastic breakfast buffet - one of the best we have ever had with selection and quality of food. Great staff.
Got there during Sabbath and most of the areas were closed down on Saturday. The hotel had beautiful views overlooking the ocean and the rooms were well appointed and had all the needed amenities. The hotel was very large and took a while to get from point A to B. The hotel restaurants were also decent. The staff were helpful and the foods were delicious for breakfast and dinner. The location is excellent to walk to nearby banks and stores.
