Amazing hotel experience. Relaxing, pampering and just an excellent staff. Special thanks to the staff at the Imperial Red for giving some not so young people, a fun bar experience.

A great experience all around. We've been to all the Isrotels and this was one of our very favorites. Highly recommended for couples

We expected a little more but overall we had a lovely stay. The pools are very nice and fun. The food was a little disappointing in spite of inviting presentation and the large selection

In general, it's good hotel. But the price is too high for what they serve. The staff is super nice, so as the view from the balcony. But the facilities are not so great as you would expect from this type of hotel. The gym is actually a few treadmills only, no dumbbells or machines. The breakfast is very good, but the dinner is so so - better look for a restaurant outside the hotel.

Great Hotel with wonderful view to Judean Hills. Nice SPA and very good restaurant.
There is the Wine shop with wine tasting workshops.
If you wine lover this is the perfectly place to stay and exploring some of the local wineries.

In my opinion it used to be a 5 stars hotel and one of the best in Israel. Sadly this time, the feeling was a bit different and that's why it's only a 4 stars rating.
I visited this hotel over 6 times, this time everything felt a bit "not as good" as last times.
Food was not as amazing.. taste wise and quality was good but not amazing.
The room didn't feel as clean. Staff was helpful but not as helpful as before.
In general I really love this hotel and I really hope they will go back to their regular "everything should be amazing" feeling that they knew how to give to the guests.

Cramim is a premium hotel with a premium price tag.

There are issues which made me rate it at 3:
    1) They're still "messy" managing the hotel. I had to call twice about something, finally only a trip to the reception got me what I needed. They scheduled our spa treatments wrong (later it was fixed).
    2) Dinner is fine but still, charging this much when at a similar cost you can eat at amazing restaurants in the area (less than 30 minutes from the hotel) and go outside for a walk, is crazy. Either lower the price or prepare amazing food that'll compete with what Jerusalem has to offer.

I know these aren't big things but having to deal with these at the price is just annoying.

I must say that the spa is amazing! The people are professional, we had amazing treatments. We also participated in a wine tasting with great explanations from knowledgeable people, that was a fun activity.

This is a 4.8 stars review (reason below). Cramim is a unique spot for several reasons, first is the location, which is in the outskirts of Jerusalem, with the special dry air without the city rush. The hotel itself is built with high end design, making the guests feel in the best Spa resort in the country. The rooms are ultra modern and very clean but still a matter of taste to many. Food is planned here as an experience; dinner gives you a feeling of an elite restaurant, although it is a buffet, which is actually a the best of both. the starters are wonderful and the main courses are mostly good. Breakfast is great, though i would enrich deserts. The SPA is well designed with what seems a pro staff. the hotel includes many activities to make you use the room for sleep only. Now here is my personal experience service wise: the hotel lost our SPA reservations and we had to make some adjustments with our plans, which is OK since it turned out for the best. The staff went out of their way to please us, beginning with an upgrade to a royal suite with champagne and other treats (which we politely refused) and other little treats along our stay. and now a free advise to the hotel management: As you consider Cramim as a top hotel and ask to reserve time for both dinner and SPA, I would expect the hotel to call the visitor and set the time rather than the guest call to set it. Next advice will cost you :). BTW, if you have any issue in the hotel just ask for Jacob

    מלון מדהים! חמישה כוכבים בהחלט.
חדרים גדולים ומפוארים. אוכל מפנק. גיוון של יינות. שירות ויחס מצוינים.
    שווה את מה שמשלמים עליו.

We stayed for one night and had an unforgettable stay. Every corner of this place is looked after. The atmosphere, service, room and breakfast were outstanding. There is a very unique and relaxing fragrance in the air. We will definitely go back there.

This hotel defines luxury! The atmosphere screams relaxation (see what I did there?) and attention to detail is taken to the top with the design.
The rooms are comfortable and well designed. But one thing I couldn't figure out was why we got joined twin bed and not queen or king size.
The breakfast is so rich. You can find anything you like there.
    Will definitely come back 😊

So the Cramim Spa is a pretty special place. The first thing I was hit by was the whole ambiance of the place - the lighting, soft music, a couple of small ponds, the views, and even the smell (and on this note their shower gel is the most beautiful stuff I have ever tried). And who can ignore the quotes on the walls from the Song of Songs? This is a really romantic place to stay. The spa is simply incredible, designed really, really well and has all the treatments you could want. If you need to relax please stay here. The upgraded rooms have a large shower with seat, which I found really wonderful. The food is spectacular, although the portions were far too big - can't complain I guess. The only thing you need to be aware of is that the normal dinner is actually a buffet, which is really, really expensive. I just used the Dairy restaurant and room service, which was great, if a bit limited in selection. As well as the Spa there are many other activities you can join too, like running, cycling, fitness etc, etc. Of course, everywhere is pristine. It is definitely the nicest hotel I have ever been to and certainly the most relaxing. It is a truly special place.

One of the top resort and spa hotels in Israel. Spa is energizing, no kids. One can choose between great indoor pool and nice outdoor pool. Food is excellent both in breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is served till very late and you can enter as many times as you wish. Thus, if you have early breakfast you can re-enter close to noon time and enjoy additional meal. Loved the wine tasting. View is breathtaking. The staff is very professional and the service is outstanding. Expensive but great value for money.
