The hotel is superb as the rest of their unique Waldorf hotel chains. Beautiful rooms with every amenity thinkable as well as having an exceptional lobby; However the staff are lousy. If you want to get treated like garbage for top dollar please come here. No one will offer you coffee by the breakfast instead the barista will ask you to fetch him a cup. Most staff will ignore you and chat with each other in Arabic. With my elementary level Arabic I heard them make fun of as if I was not there.

I've experienced great service before. But this wasn't just another great experience. The level of service here was "off the charts". An order of magnitude, greater.

Relatively new hotel in Jerusalem. Lower public areas are most impressive of any luxury hotel I have ever been in the world. A must see and visit. I have not stayed in this hotel so I can't comment on stay and services but it's public areas appearances. Wish I could be invited to stay here some day.

Relaxing, elegant place catering to Orthodox clientele. Changed ownership creating a nicer, friendlier staff. Sumptuous, upscale breakfast brunch. No swimming pool or fitness center.

If you have a complaint in this hotel. They will take care of it TERRIBLY! For dinner, please go to the nearest Mac Donalds just not to dissapoint yourself. I have never seen such a bad service. For this price and a hotel with this name. I will save you guys the story. But i have all evidence here on my mail. We were very dissapointed in this hotel and feeling sorry for the staff that, do want to make this hotel to a succes. The room itself is perfect just like the location. There were beautiful and nice moments. Only this bad experience is feeling like a big brown chocolate spot on a brand new white T-shirt.

We have traveled all over the world and can say without a doubt that this was the best hotel we have ever experienced. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff in every department we encountered (restaurants, front desk, bellboy, housekeeping) were pleasant, professional and always eager to go the extra mile.
The location is excellent and within walking distance to the old city, restaurants and shopping

This review is for the restaurants in the hotel as an outside guest. First we visited the restaurant in the hotel lobby, got the menu and waited for over 30 minutes but no one came to take an order no matter how hard we tried and we left the table. The second time we visited the rooftop restaurant, well it is on a 4th floor roof and the very definition of limited views, service was amateurish and very slow and inattentive. On the good side - the food was well made.

This is the best hotel to stay while in Jerusalem. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and included. There is also a pickup limo service directly from plane side with expedited process through customs.

I stay at the Waldorf for work purposes maybe twice a month and this trip has been the worst. My shower was clogged, the shower head wasn't working right and the TV is not working. For the price if this hotel you'd expect everything to be perfect upon arrival. Hopefully my next visit will be better. Luckily the staff is amazing and I never have any complaints about them only compliments

The Waldorf is a fantastic addition to the hotels of Jerusalem. It a beautiful hotel and its mordern design is fantastic. The breakfast I ate at the hotel was delicious. That being said, the Waldorf does lack the historic ambience of say the King David Hotel

Good 5* hotel with excellent service. Still there was no SPA (under renovation) but they kept the price high. Rooms are well equipped.

Helpful, friendly staff. Immaculate. Wonderful breakfast every morning. Only downside was the fitness center is being renovated so during my stay this week I was limited to a gym in a converted guest room.

Stayed here for a Bar Mitzvah trip. Staff and service is top notch, the room is luxuriously appointed, and the location near the old city can't be beat. Definitely not your usual Israel hotel!
