We came to tel aviv to celebrate our mothers birthday.
5 Adults.
We chose the Seagull unit because the website stats that it has 5 beds.
We arrived at 15:00 as scheduled, but the room was not ready.
We waited 45 minutes until all the arrangements were made only to find out that there are 3 single beds and one double bed in contrast to the website, stating the the apartment has 4 single beds and one double, meaning one bed per person(5 adults).
Now we need a fourth single bed.
Talking to the landlady was unpleasant. She raised her voice at us, we felt like we wore some kind of burden or an annoying neighborbut not like disappointed customers.
Since the website states 4 single and one double bed, we did not expect extra charge for the fourth single bed, but to our surprise she demanded extra charge.
We decided not to argue, we only wanted her to leave.
There wore a few other problems like:
1. Insufficient light in the bathroom and in one of the bedrooms.
2. The beds aren't comfortable.
3. The apartment can't accommodate more than 5 adults, unlike the the publication in the website.
4. The apartment is not suitable for families with young children- there are many stairs to the apartment that are quite hazardous.
5. The pictures in the website not updated- the place is not in good shape.
In general I don't recommend this place.

This apartment is amazing! In the heart of Neve Tzedek, close to everything must see.
A bit overpriced but worth that. Rooftop terrace, nice owner, well equipped and clean - remember, this is an old and typical local house, so you have to deal with it! I absolutely suggest to be accommodated here :)response / report this review -

Wonderful home away from home. We arrived during the rocket attacks from Gaza and Dorit was very accommodating and kind. We had the bottom apartment which was actually the safest during this time and very cozy. Everyday we enjoyed our meals on the rooftop terrace and especially enjoyed it when our family and friends came to visit and shared the amazing view with us. I highly recommend Villa Vilina for those wanting to enjoy a charming boutique hotel experience in one of the trendiest neighborhoods of Tel Aviv.

סוויטה מהממת ביופייה וגדולה, הג'אקוזי ענק ונוח. גינה מטופחת, פינת ישיבה, בדיוק מה שחיפשנו, הרגשה של צימר בעיר ולא מלון.
דורית ארחה אותנו מכל הלב ובגלל שהגענו די מאורח בלילה, אפשרה לנו לעזוב אחר הצהריים.

I have been to a lot of horrible places, but this one would win the price.
It was absolutely NOT like in the pictures.
The room was on the groundfloor in a dirty yard. There was absolutely no parking arrangement although it's in the center of Tel Aviv, and at least an arrangement close by could have been helpful.
It was old, smelly and creepy. The painting on the walls was yellow, and falling down. The bed looked like an old hospital bed. There were two small windows which made you feel you were in jail. There was an old sofa with disgusting covers on it.
The bathroom was a sink, an old WC and what you could have called a shower in the early XVIIIth century. not more than half a person could fit in.
There was an old and gloomy kitchen, which gave you the impression that cockroaches would have appeared as soon as you touched anything.
It was absolutely miserable.
We decided to leave the room although we arrived late because we could not sleep in there. The host had left and we could not find her. After that, she immediately charged us with the price of the room plus 18% TVA although she knew very well we were not Israeli citizens and the TVA should not be applied to us. By the way, she herself said she did not need our passports until the next day. She was absolutely rude and unflexible when we contacted her after that.
So, just one advice: NEVER BOOK THIS DISGUSTING PLACE!response / report this review
