I arrived at this hotel midday on a Saturday in late March 2018 after a couple of long flights from LAX. My room was ready. I truly appreciated that. I was able to rest right away. That was pretty much the only positive point of this hotel.
Then the problems started surfacing. The first one was minor. The plug to the sink would not open. Maintenance was called right way. The fix, however, left the plug of the sink open and could not be closed. So that was a patch job, not a repair.
But the really bad issue was breakfast. The front desk told me breakfast start time was 7:00 AM every day. Well, I showed up at 7:00 AM Sunday. Breakfast was just beginning to be brought out. Coffee machine was not ready. Well, it was Sunday. So I wasn't too upset.
Monday's breakfast began even later. Tuesday was even worse. Very few items as brought out after 7:15 AM. I was on a tight business schedule. I had to skip breakfast so I would not be late for work.
After the disastrous Tuesday, Wednesday started better. About half of the breakfast items were out on the counters by 7:00 AM. But the coffee machine had no milk. Plastic ware was used instead of silverware. The plates were still wet.
If I come back to Tel Aviv, I will only stay at this hotel if there is no other choice.
Not what I expected for this price. No slippers as were promised and no even water, and minibar is empty. The view is good.
Nice Hotel, but for this price I expected much more. Room is clean, but the view was on a horrible building, and the toiled was not well maintened.
Breakfast at 20$for the room price is quiet too much.
In the end is ok, but not convenient for price-quality
Close to the sea, clean, french windows, tasty breakfast
What an excellent and understanding staff working here. Pleased to leave a most positive review.
Clean, professional and competent. Hotel is a short walk from Apple, Amazon, Dell, and other Herzliya high tech firms. Good rooms, breakfast, and knowledgeable staff. Not as fun as a hotel on the beach but if you're in Herzliya, you're probably there for business. Rooms are bigger than many in Israel and the hotel feels new and modern if a bit spartan.
Had a good stay wasn't the same size room as expecting. Went there twice first time I paid with Expedia and got a large room which looked very upscale. Next visit I figured I'd book with another website and received a horrible room which was much smaller and not nearly as nice. Guess it depends on your luck
A simple but pleasant business hotel. Nothing fancy but clean and adequate. Impossible to open the large window, only a small one can be opened. Ugly view from tbe room i had.
Expensive, but very cozy rooms, excellent breakfast. Water is very expensive. Nice clean place
Convenient place to stay if you're in town for business. Not only are the rooms clean, they're also silent. Broadband Internet access is available via WiFi. You can also get in a few hours of work from the comfort of the workstation.
A really nice and clean hotel in Herzliya with helpful staff and fast wi-fi. A little far from the beach though. The breakfast is also ok.
Comfy bed, not much to have problem with at all apart from air con turned off during the day so very warm when returned
good wifi, clean rooms with a small desk. Nothing to write home about - just a business hotel. Breakfast room has annoying music. No fitness facilities in the hotel.
Chic hotel with excellent breakfast. Also is walking distance to the marina (20 minutes)
Comfortable bed and room. Clean. No room service. Room temperature not controllable.
Very nice hotel. Clean, accesible and well located.
Breakfast is good but can be better.
Clean rooms and nice staff. The furniture is a bit used and room detailing is a bit off, but those are minor issues. The stay was pleasant overall.
Comfortable, professional, clean. Great, helpful staff, lots of breakfast options. Would stay again.
