  Windsor rang me last week to ask for the business of servicing the car and booked me in for 9.30 am this morning. Yesterday they texted me to remind me to be on time. I was here at 9.25 and left the keys but at 11.10 the car was still sitting in the car-park. The last time I encountered this kind of behaviour was at a quack-doctor in Nairobi who summoned all his clients at the same time in the morning without a care in the world for their busy timetables. How very inconsiderate.
