Being there couple of times. I am not sure why, I was treated with prejudices. I ended up in moving to another dealer to get better treatment.

3 guys sitting at their desks with clients. No care about the long queues forming at 1430 Saturday recently. They get up from desk dissappear and vanish. Saturday service crazy approach show room shuts 4pm. Was told to come back mid week. Boom. No point in doing that. They lost out.

Pricey but the customer service is excellent which makes the cost easier to swallow. If you drop the car down before 12 there is, in my experience, a really good chance you will have it back before close of business that day.

Never been in the place but am giving a one star rating solely for the worst ads ever on YouTube.

I can't believe somebody actually released/approved possibly the worst bit of advertising I have ever seen.

Being greeted by staff with keys on a cushion ..getting your helmet polished and a female sales person pretending to grab yer flute while showing you the functions of the car

God love the staff there being forced to take part in such shite.

I popped into Frank Keane Volkswagen to get a trade in price for my 161(Toyota Corolla Luna spec) in pristine condition with 6,000km on the car. I spoke to one of the sales representatives about a possible trade in against a 171 (Passat highline spec) when I spoke to him about a possible trade in he seemed uninterested. He told me in his words" What would I do with that thing" and offered me €15,000 trade in price which was ridiculous as the car was only 5 months old at the time and was priced at €25,500 new. I found the sales representative to be rude and unengaging, I will not be going back to Frank Keane Volkswagen for any future car purchases.

Booked my car in for the emissions software update. Was told by the receptionist I would get a courtesy car and a mini valet and it would be about an 1 and a half to 2 hours. When I got there I had to ask for the courtesy car. I got a call about 3 hours later saying my car was ready for collection but when I saw the car there was no valet done. He asked me if I could wait 20 mins and he'd get it done. 1 and a half hours later I had to ask for my car. Eventually got keys and still had no valet. When I checked with my insurance company my insurance hadn't been changed back. 4 and a half hours wasted. This is unacceptable. Very poor customer service for something that was totally VW fault. This is not the first problem i've encountered. I've been a loyal customer of Frank Keane opened on the long mile road and a VW customer for over 20 years. Not anymore. I won't be going back.
