Very happy with my experience buying my bike there. Rob was very knowledgeable, straight up, and suggested a few tweaks/customisations that could be done to the bike that made it "mine". Very good range of accessories and again good honest advice. Finally, they open weekends and bankholidays which is very helpful when your time is limited. Would highly recommend them.

Con artists. Gave me a price to service my bike. I got a second price for exact works they quoted me.. Called back suddenly got an improved offer from 160 (wheelworx) to 130 (city cycles). Went back to collect and was handed a receipt for 155. I refused to pay extra and was told they had give me new pedals (initially agreed upon anyway) which increased the price. Argued that they had no right to do extra work (it wasn't extra anyway) and I was then told I should be happy to get such a "good service". Sorry but I always would expect a good service. City cycles much better. Manager in fairness sorted the issue out and agreed I should only pay 130. I won't be back though. I spent a lot of money in that shop. Recommended it to friends. None of us will be back and no more recommendations over trying to con me out of 25 euro!!

Really unhelpful staff. Purchased a new part for my bike and when I asked for advice on best practices for installing, got a lacklustre response which ultimately ended up being incorrect. Had to visit another store to get the additional piece required.

Only reason not 1 star is due to variety of good on sale

Found the staff quite unhelpful and uninterested in making a sale, complete lack of size range and variety of the piece of kit I was after, a lot of empty hangers. Won't entice me to ever go back.

Excellent store and helpful staff. Large selection of accessories however limited to a smaller range of brands for a store of its size. Excellent post sales service for bikes with free basic servicing for life. Turbo training classes are well worth doing also, with the option to rent a turbo trainer if required.
