A must for anyone. On arrival been greeted by Maura at reception the most wonderful friendly lady. The room was stunning, very clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel was breathtaking. Breakfast was amazing been given both options and fed to belly bursting point. Can't wait to return and stay again real home from home feel. Maura thank you for your kindness Regards Tanya & Mark

We were in and out. Great stop at the end of the Ring of Kerry. Beautiful hotel, restaurant, and bar. Such friendly staff. I left my boots behind and they were so accommodating when I requested they ship the boots to my home, in the US!

Great location. Hotel staff is incredibly nice and helpful. After the first night called me on a first name basis. Who does that anymore?! Rooms were updated and comfortable. Breakfast was much, much better than expected and included a great selection of buffet items and good menu. Food was excellent for the price, bar had a great vibe. Very classy place. Parking was a dream compared to our stay in Dublin. Would definitely recommend to friends who want to stay near the ROK. Overall stellar value. Only recommendation would be slightly better pillows!

Fantastic service coupled with modern tasteful rooms will all the amenities. Highly recommended. It's a bit out of town but is perfectly located for those who want to walk around the lake or enjoy the local hikes.

Had a wonderful stay at the Victoria House Hotel. The staff members were all so helpful and knowledgeable. They booked a hike through the Gap of Dunloe for us, which ended up being the most memorable part of our time in Ireland for both my wife and me. Additionally, the food at the Ivy Room Bar was our favorite from the entire trip. Breakfast was also fantastic. We loved our stay and there is nothing we would have changed or improved!

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Killarney!

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable & friendly (especially Maria & Mauro at reception).

Our room was recently remodeled and no corners were cut! It's beautiful and pristine. The bed was akin to sleeping on a cloud.

And the food Oh, the food! 🤤
My wife had the Baked Fillet of Salmon (Cajun style) and I had the Poached Pear and Feta Salad with Cajun Chicken. We both agreed it was some of the best dishes we've eaten in all of Ireland.

    I highly recommend staying here!

Rooms are dated and very basic. Our room was freezing (we visited in early December) and the Internet was sketchy. For breakfast there is a small continental selection with also Irish breakfast order.

The staff at Victoria house were warm and friendly. The woman at the front desk was great, she made us feel very welcomed. When we asked questions, they were very helpful with their answers and seemed very up-to-date on local tourist information. We wanted to go and visit Ross castle while we were in Killarney and the Victoria house was within a 15 minutes drive of its' location. Also, it is within a short drive or reasonable walk to the downtown area of Killarney. When we returned from dinner we were surprised to find there was no available parking in the lot and went in to speak with the receptionist; she quickly found someone who was working in the bar and had them move their car to another lot to accommodate our parking needs, I was very impressed with this level of service for their guests. Be aware though, the parking lot for this place is small, with maybe only approximately 20 parking spots. We reserved a room with a single King bed. The room has clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice as well, with a full shower and bath tub. They have a wonderful bar in the downstairs area, which we enjoyed very much. The bartenders were all very friendly and inviting. They did have a restaurant on-premises as well, but we did not have a chance to try the dinner menu during our stay. Before we left I had the full Irish breakfast; it was well prepared and freshly cooked. I especially enjoyed the black and white pudding I had here. My wife was also pleased to find a vegetarian option for her breakfast choice as well. All in all, I would definitely recommend the Victoria House as a great place to stay in Killarney. If we find ourselves back in the area it will be where we stay again.

The room was absolutely beautiful! We had drinks and snacks in the bar, which was great, and dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, which was delicious and the staff were more than accommodating. All in all, it was a perfect night.
