  Stayed here with the boyfriend and some friends and it was lovely just like the pics on the internet and such a good place to stay if ur wanting to do some christmas shopping u have whatever shop u want walking distance.. i would recommend to anyone lovely food lovely staff just perfect :-)

  No sockets beside the bed, ridiculous. Lighting is very poor also. The room was roasting because there is no air conditioning, and the window only partially opens. Wouldn't recommend.

  Went in only for dinner and were disappointed as the portion was so small that we had to ask for bread! Price too high for what we got. Service was good at beginning but when it got little busier they all disappeared. Should have done the same and gone without paying!

  Lovely hotel all modern really enjoyed our stay Brendan night porter really a people's person all chatty even though he had his work to do kept checking were we ok would definitely stay here again only fault the noise in morning off street

  Went in for lunch and thought we would try the food here. Had a coffee here previously and wanted to try the food as it is very reasonably priced for tralee. We were seated and a menu was brought over by a member of staff. We placed our order and was pleasantly surprised how tasty the wrap and panini were. The staff were friendly and knew what they were doing would definitely recommend.

  Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful. Food was fabulous. Ideally located. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Would highly recommend 👍🏻
