God this hotel is a disaster bedrooms were terrible dont think anyone was every showed how to make a bed bar was ok at night cosy but impossibe to be served bar man was out side front door smoking and at one stage both reception girl and bar man were out side the front door smoking had to ring a bell to get help, best part of our stay was the kitchen was out of order so thankfully we were taken by taxi to the carlton for dinner on both nights would never stay here again it nearly but us off Tralee

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Very clean and well orgenised. Great place to stay. Pub and resto next to the hotel.

A dirty place with the smell of old carpet and mould. Dirty cups in the room, light bulbs missing, heating not sufficient. Breakfast rather poor and lots of cobwebs in the breakfast-room. Staff was nice. The only great thing about this hotel is the location

Staff were magnificent. The hotel was beautiful with large rooms. The room we had was clean and tidy and had everything that you would expect from a hotel of this quality. The breakfast was delicious and prices were extremely reasonable. I had a great weekend staying there and will definitely stay again when I am back at that part of the world. 5 stars!!!
