Erica is most welcoming and friendly - nothing too much trouble. She's a 💎. Breakfast is great at the Wicklow Heather, as too is the steaks. The room we had was comfortable and the lodge its self is stunning - set in beautiful gardens and the views are breathtaking. Unlimited tea/coffee and good quality biscuits- wish they would put the hot chocolate back on though 😜. Stayed here 4 times now and just booked again. You need a car to get around, taxis are not common here. They will pick you up and drop you back to the restaurant anytime- so you can have a drink if you want.

Stayed here for our honeymoon - the innkeeper was so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great - and all our meals at the Wicklow Heather were wonderful. We had a room with a private entrance - it was quite large with an extra bed. The bathroom was a bit small, but otherwise fine. Parking was included. Great location for a stop south of Dublin to see Powerscourt Gardens or Glendalough.

Absolutely beautiful home with many antiques! They do not serve breakfast at the home but free full Irish breakfast will be provided at The Wicklow Heather, a pub/restaurant in Laragh (about 2km away). This is definitely worth staying at if one has a Wicklow/Glendalough trip planned.

Good bnb. Not very accessible without a car though. Breakfast is served in resto in town. They'll pick you up and drop you back off.
