Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Walking distance to all of the wonderful sites, tour companies, bus and train station. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Tasty breakfast in the morning and cozy pub in the evening. I would definitely stay here again!

One of the few places that serve food after 9pm. Lucky for us the food was excellent. Service staff was kind and attentive. It made our night!

Value for money. We had a 2 bed apartment. Quiet at the back of hotel. Parking available but not easy to get. Close to Galway town which is an excellent town to visit

Worst experience ever ! The bartenders from the front bar treat the customer really bad, they are not friendly. They don't try to be nice. Do not recommend

We went for a farewell dinner. The hotel graciously accommodated 40 plus people. The bar was quick to serve us our drinks and the staff was very friendly. Dinner was excellent. I recommend the chicken supreme if you have the chance.

Quaint family run hotel in a perfect location a couple of minutes walk from any bar or restaurant in the city centre. I stayed here over the Christmas period and found it very homely, which is a rare feeling to get from a city centre hotel. Room was well equipped and breakfast was exactly what I wanted.

Lovely, clean, and charming hotel. Has every amenity we needed for our Galway stay. The pub was by far the most incredible part of our trip-live traditional Irish music on Thursday nights, five musicians began the evening, by the end of the night there were easily twenty. It was a magical experience my husband and I will never forget!
