Found the tiles I wanted on another website but they didn't allow you to go and pick the tiles, and there was all other sorts of things that didn't really add up.

So I googled about for the same tiles and they came up here. The price worked out cheaper than the supposed direct online shop, and Gary was great. He called me back and was really apologetic about the delay in getting back to me.

I paid for the tiles on the phone, and the other half is picking them up on Friday. Gary even said that if I needed anything else, he can add them on tomorrow and have them ready in the warehouse for pick up on Friday.

Great service, great team. Delighted to support local, independent businesses! Well done.

Visited the Italian tile and stone shop today, was met by two very efficient, helpful and friendly members of staff. They spoke to me re my requirements, showed me various options. They were patience with me in making my decision, really a pleasure to deal with.
The selection of tiles is fantastic and of a high quality, I would have no hesitation in recommending!

Karl runs a very well stocked tile show room with the most beautiful patterned tiles. When I called in with my architect friend, Karl was very helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. Able to answer both our questions and advise us on what type of pattern would suit the space we were tiling. We placed an order which will be in in 3 weeks.We were delighted with the friendly and highly professional service we received. Thank you Karl.

The Italian Tile & Stone Studio in Terence had exactly what I had been searching for. Unlike most retailers in their field their focus is on quality not quantity. The store is small but packed with a range of products that have been carefully chosen and unlike anything I saw in every other tile store. Karl (the manager) was helpful and knowledgeable. He made me feel like my business mattered. If you want tiles that will stand the test of time and fashion fads I would highly recommend that you visit their Swords or Terenure store. Watch for their Summer/Winter sales - there are huge reductions on every range not just the stock they want to shift.

I have used this store for the purchasing of all my tiles since I discovered them 2 years ago. The tile quality is fantastic and the designs of the tiles are different from the run of the mill tile and are always much admired. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I will be using them for my tile needs into the future without a doubt.

This company has been terrible to deal with. I ordered tiles in November 2014 and they told me I would have them 5 days later and be called before the delivery. The delivery company never called and then said they'd left a note as I was out - they hadnt and i wasn't out. This happened three times. When I finally got my tiles - 4 out of the 5 packs contained tiles that were completely smashed to pieces. I had to send picture after picture to the company to get them to resend the tiles. The kept asking for different views even though I sent clear pictures of each of the boxes. They also gave the impression that they thought I was lying to them. Finally they agreed to send me 4 new boxes. I am still waiting on these boxes (it is now mid Jan). They said they had given them to a courier but refused at first to tell me the name of the courier. I finally got this out of them and phoned the courier who had no record of my package. I am still awaiting further information as to whether I will ever receive any tiles that are in one piece.

The tiles that did make it to me in one piece originally are lovely - it is just a shame that the company have such awful communication and delivery service. I would highly advise not using this company unless you can pick the tiles up for yourself based on my [still ongoing] experiences.

If buying tyles this is the place to go! We looked at many places and then went in here. The stafff knew their stuff and had the proverbial 'all the time in the world' to attend to what we thought we wantedand in the end what was suggested worked really well. Shops are shops but for me if they have people that give you time, have a wonderful selection and pricing that is ok then thats good enough for me.

After several visits to Italian Tile & Stone I finally decided on a tile for my kitchen wall. The trip there was my first stage of research into tiles and I found Luke to be very helpful, accommodating and patient. There is a great selection available to suit all budgets. I would highly recommend a visit there as part of any research into sourcing tiles.
