Have taken all my pets here for years. The staff are so kind and considerate.
The staff here are really and truly amazing and put their heart's aswell as their veterinarian skills totaly into their job. I can't recommend them highly enough and travel from the other side of Dublin because I wouldn't bring my pet's anywhere else. Thank you especially to Martha and Ruth who are amazing people.
Was a long time client, but I am greatly disappointed with the service. Did not feel that the staff was able to communicate effectively, which caused a very difficult time when my new dog started to experience issues than died 3 days after they did a neutering/dental surgery. It was painful for my little dog and she suffered a lot, not to mention our broken heart. I was given the dog back before closing to "test" her appetite on my own then if I feel like it take her to UCD. I just went home to rent a car and took her to the emergency to counteract the less than professional advice i was given. I was promised her details would be sent to UCD asap but it wasn't so they weren't expecting us and was impossible to know the cocktail of medicine they pumped into her. when it was most important
An excellent vet that has practitioners that clearly love animals. Conveniently located they have cared for my 2 cats since they were kittens. If I were to have one negative to say it is that they are not open Sunday's even if only truncated hours. Other than that I highly recommend them.
The staff at this clinic are wonderful. There is usually a wait, but when you have your time with the veterinarian, you never feel that they are rushing you out the door to get to the next patient. The prices are reasonable in my opinion, but I usually end up paying 200E by the end of any visit. This usually includes the examination, injections, and some medication to take home.
I found all the staff members to be very friendly, dedicated professionals. Every one of them is thorough and very helpful. They also have a good selection of specialty cat & dog food on site (bonus).
The clinic is usually less busy during weekdays but watch out; they close for lunch hours. Another thing to check beforehand is parking; they are in a very busy area and the clampers aren't known for being compassionate
This is a very good Practice. You might mention on your Website that they close from 1 until 2.30 every week day for lunch. I hope this is helpful. Anyone finding this site would not be aware of the fact that they do close for lunch.
The best veterinary practice in Dublin in my opinion, I have been going to them for years and they are each and every one a delight to work with and they took great care of "Happy" my tiny Yorkie who was silly enough to swallow a ball, but they operated and saved him :) Thank you all ,Kevin Sharkey
