  Tom was very helpful with choosing our Quooker tap, as well as washing machine and hoover. Pricing is very competitive and customer service is brilliant! Will be coming here for all electrical needs and won't be going anywhere else!!

  Staff were very good and quickly helped to narrow down the best options for me, no messing about and it was clear they knew what they were doing. My fourth time buying from them and each experience has been very positive. Pricing has always been competitive. Recommended 👍🏽

  Tom, in the Dundrum store helped me select an undercounter fridge. He could not have been more helpful. And assured me if there was any problems to be sure to get back on to him. It was such a pleasant experience that I ended up buying a new toaster and an electric carving knife too for the Xmas turkey!
  
  Unfortunately I have run into problems with my Whirlpool fridge. The real test will be --- if Dominic Smith Electrical is as good as their word. I hope so!

  Great choice, really helpful & well informed staff. They really went out of their way to organise quick delivery at the last minute (due to a mix up at our end) to allow our kitchen to be fitted.
