  There has been, in the recent past, a number of occasions when I have relied on the bike workshop in The Edge for professional advice and service. Every time they have delivered and got me out of trouble with my bike. Really appreciated, many thanks.

  Very disappointed with the customer service recieved recently in this store. Normally the staff here are great and are there to help. Not too sure what was going on in there this weekend.
  Discovered a small problem with the bike the night before a big cycle. Phoned the store first thing the following morning to see if mechanic was working that morning. Was told that 3 mechanics were working and if I brought the bike in they could look at it but couldn't guarantee fixing it straight away which is perfectly fair.
  Loaded up the car and brought it into the store. Was taken to the back of the store with the bike to the door of the workstation where a lady went in to get someone. She came back out explaining that they couldn't do any repairs today and no one would look at it for 4 days!!!
  I knew it was a quick adjustment to the front derailleur. I'm new to cycling so wasn't too sure how to fix it. Even if I got an idea of the scale of the issue it would have been great. I explained this but she refused to help and wouldn't get anyone to even look at it for 30 seconds despite there being 3 mechanics in the store at the time!
  Hugely disappointed with the customer service. I'm new to cycling and have spent a fortune in this store the last few months. I brought my girlfriend here to buy a bike recently too. I was even in the store the day before this spending more cash on bike gear.
  In the end I took the bike to a local bike store near where I live. Mechanic had a look at it, and after a couple of adjustments it was good to go.. 5mins it took to fix it.

  I bought a cube e bike from Billy in the shop. I have to say he was excellent, and very easy to deal with. He explained everything about the bike to me and ordered it in from abroad with no fuss or hassle on my part. His friendly approach and knowledge are what sold me the bike.

  Best Ever Customer Service!! Great bike shop and dug me out of my whole when an air line busted my bike!! To top it off it was 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday!! Thank You Very Much!!!!!!

  I was there last week, I looked for a spanner for bike. Fella from bike service in that store wasn't firendly .He said ,that he dont have a time to check for me that spanner will fit.He sent me to another different bike shop. I come back there later again, the other guy ,was different ,and more helpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BIKE SERVICING THERE
