Terrible service. Not recommended. After general maintenance my gears started changing it self. And some other small stuff.
i love my new bike I got here. The guy that owns the shop is nice.
The fat guy is not so nice!
Have been going there for years and have always received top service, courtesy, advice and a bit of classic banter.
Good people , good shop .
Well I just picked up my bike from what was supposed to be a tune-up, oil and tighten. My bike now has a loud grinding noise from the peddles which wasn't there before I dropped it off. The shop says that's normal wear and tear and no way could they have caused it. So by my bike sitting in their shop for 2 days it seems excessive wear and tear occurred. Not even sure how the tune-up is as I'm fuming. I guess they can claim they got rid of any squeaks since I can't hear them over the peddle grinding. Will find a different shop to fix this and for future use. Consider this shop 1 and done. They definitely don't stand behind their work.
Avoid, avoid, avoid. My bike came out damaged. Paid for a service where nothing was carried out, not even the basics. Staff (Shane) extremely rude and shouted across me several times when I complained about the damage done and the terrible level of service. You won't find it difficult to find a better service anywhere else.
I paid for a service that never came. They were dishonest and not professional.
Brought the bike with different problems and they fixed nothing, never called me to let me know that the bike could not be fixed (by them) and had to pay in the top of that.
If u have any problem just go straight to Cycle Scene. Professionals, clear, and fast service. All the problems I had with my bike that Kilgrews told me were not fixable were fixed.
