  Thank you stein travel for a wonderful citybreak to the Andre Rieu concert in Maastricht.The transfers etc were perfect the hotel was perfect and the staff were great.Having travelled the world it's refreshing to have a company that can accommodate such a trip. My mum in her 80s was delighted with it. It's a same there was complaining by other travellers must be an Irish thing as it was fabulous.we had organic freshing ground coffee every morning yet there was still folks still complaining you can't win.No complaints from me.

  I had a bad experience with Stein Travel,On arriving at the airport I was hit with baggage charges,which I assumed when you book a "package holiday" that all costs were included.At no time during the booking process was I informed the baggage was an extra cost.I was offered insurance at an extra cost but not baggage.I phoned and complained and E-mailed and received no reply or an answer as to why I was not informed about this Hidden Cost.I had my spending money budgeted but had to cut back on my spending in order to pay the extra charges.It spoiled my holiday and upset me as it was my birthday treat to myself.
