In 2017, I applied to become an Irish citizen by descent via foreign birth registration, however this application was rejected (complicated, but involving adoption). I did not feel that I had been treated fairly, and had the good luck to discover Sinnott Solicitors while I was researching the subject online. I messaged them for advice, Carol responded positively and suggested that I had a good case to re-apply. She then guided me through the process, handled all the paperwork, and provided an excellent submission laying out the relevant areas of Irish constitutional law applying to my case. Something I certainly could not have done! This application was successful and I am very grateful to Carol and the team at Sinnott's, I can't recommend them highly enough!

When "shopping" around for a good, efficient, friendly and transparent (no hidden costs etc) solicitors, I've spoken to many offices and most were disappointing. After loosing few hundreds on "consultation fees" where I was told exactly what I knew from Google already, I finally came across Sinnott Solicitors. Not only that the prices were clear, service efficient and to the point, but the solicitors are also friendly and understanding. I would highly recomend Sinnott Solicitors. Una O'Brien is so efficient and proffesional and assisted me in resolving some extremely complex issues with my husband's residency visa. I hired Sinnott Solicitors to get advise on moving to Ireland from the US for my daughter. We had a paid phone consultation wth Una O'Brien who advised us on visa options. The information she gave me on the requirements for a student visa was completely inaccurate and was contradicted by the information in links to state immigration websites she sent in a follow up email. When I asked for clarification I never heard back from her.

I would highly recommand anybody .to deal with sinnott solicitors , they are very professional team , and Ms louise was looking after us , when we bought our first house in 2015 , she was looking after all paper work and she done her job in a very professional and very honest way .
Even she help me with my irish citizenship application in 2015 ..
