I have just submitted a patent to the USPTO which is an update to 2 previously granted US patents. I engaged MacLachlan & Donaldson to advise,direct and manage the application process.The Team at M&D restructured and refined the specification, drawings and the Claims to meet the requirements of the USPTO but also to fully extend the breath and depth potential for the Claims.The Team were experienced, knowledgeable, dedicated and were upfront with valuable comments, suggestions and advise.
