I really don't understand why they did this but I went in asking for a simple affidavit and was told they were looking into it for me and would call me back on the Tuesday. No call back. I emailed them about it to remind them. No reply back. I called them about it again and got through to the secretary and she said the person responsible would call me back straight away about it. No call back. I just gave up and had to go somewhere else. Ridiculous stuff.
