  Susan Cosgrove has been our solicitor for 2 conveyancing processes. Susan offered us very reliable and objective guidance. I highly regard how Susan made sure to keep our best interest safe, to let us know all the potential risks and alternatives when we hit a few roadblocks. At the end, Susan went though great effort to make sure we closed the deal and got the keys on the date we needed to move. We'll definitely continue to be her clients for the long term.

  I was involved in a dispute with a well known cryptocurrency exchange. This international exchange is also based in Dublin.
  And because i don't live in Ireland I had to find online a law firm in Dublin with cryptocurrency legal matters & experiences with exchanges and so I came across Cosgrove Gaynard Solicitors.
  Susan was a pleasure to work with, she is friendly, truthful and very honest person. I am very happy with the service , with the excellent communications by email and with the outcome.

  I would recommend as they are conscientious and the job will be done properly. We used for conveyance which is a frustrating legal process in Ireland but they got us through it.

  Unfortunately I've not had a great experience with the above, all phone calls over 10 weeks were never once returned, any emails I sent were rarely responded to or within a reasonable response time. I had presented 3 cases to the firm, I spent days preparing my notes for them, with as much infotmation as possible, in which their follow up procedures were extremely poor. Eventually after little to no contact I mailed and phoned to ask if they would still like to represent me or not?, as i was losing valuable time, (I was owed a lot of money) and was fearful that the longer we took the harder it will be for me to make my case. They never came back again as promised. With this in mind I had no choice but to write directly to the solicitor who was supposed to be looking after me, informing him that I had no choice but to look for an alternative legal team as I found their service to be extremely poor.. The letter was read by the solicitor (as I mailed him on LinkedIn) and again I was not responded to. This is just not good enough. I've wasted nearly 3 months on trying to prepare for something that I needed urgent help with, this time is now lost and has most likely effected my case moving forward. I now have to find another legal team and start all over again. I'm not one for writing poor reviews, but after being ignored again, I felt I should at least share my experience with Cosgrove Gaynard Solicitors.
