Lovely hotel we booked the couples deluxe room it had a Jacuzzi with a built in radio which was lovely and the size of the room was great it was nice to have the PrivAte adult only area in the hotel. The staff at the riverside park hotel were all lovely and very helpful and the food was also great. Would highly recommended.

Great hotel and location. Gym is small but has everything you need. Has a few restaurants to choose from too. Had my wedding here recently and it was amazing, Everything was set up and went perfect all day, the staff are top class and helpful anyway they can. Best around

From the minute we checked in at reception until checkout 2 days later everything was perfect.
I asked for an upgrade at reception and Brenda upgraded us to one of the new rooms at no extra cost.
Food was excellent and cocktails even better.
All the staff are very friendly and efficient.
It was a pleasure to stay and I'm looking forward to coming back soon.

Attended a wedding at riverside park hotel staff were extremely accommodating and friendlycouldn't fault them. Room was also lovelymy 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back. Only thing I found a little put out by was the lack of vending machines for bottled water! There is one on level -1 but would be very convenient if one on each level by rooms. Bottled water available in rooms but need more after attending a wedding that day!! 😊

Absolutely amazing hotel the staff work so hard nothing is too much trouble. So very friendly and the food is very very good!! The rooms are very nice and clean and well looked after. Nice pool and jacuzzi also steam room and sauna. Very relaxing didn't have time to visit the gym but it looks well equipped.

Can't say enough good about this hotel. It's a nice place, great food, entertainment, kids club, pool and leisure facilities but most of all the staff. Starting and ending with Brenda the reception manager, what can I say she could do enough for us and was so nice to my two little boys. The rest of the staff (mostly young folk) were so friendly and simply could do enough for you. The breakfast was cool, loads of cereal and fruit and continental options, a pancake machine and then a made to order breakfast which was really nice. The Alamo restaurant serves really good food in belly busting sized portions. What else can I say but stay in the hotel and see for yourself.

I am about to finish what has been an amazing week here at the Riverside Park Hotel. The location, accommodation, the food, the staff, absolutely everything has been outstanding.
They genuinely care about providing a high quality experience. They don't just talk about it they do it (Hotels in England please take note).
I absolutely love this country, this hotel makes a good holiday great. 😊👍🏾

Fantastic hotel. Room was really nice with a nice two seater leather couch to chill on. Food was incredible in both the bar and Alamo steakhouse. Bar area was really lively in the evening with a decent amount of drinks on offer, loads of staff on so your barely waiting to get served and they do cash back which was so handy. This hotel is faultless, will definitely be returning.

Large hotel with comfortable rooms. Restaurants and bars can get very busy but excellent customer service. Beautiful walks next to the river which is a stone throw away

Clean, quiet rooms. Perfect sized pool for kids and great breakfast. Pancake machine was a real hit with the 5 yr old!

Would highly recommended this beautiful hotel to eat in. My Mum and I had dinner there last night and the food was fantastic and the staff also fantastic. Really friendly and fun. Had a word for everybody even do they were run off their feet. A very pleasant experience and hope to be back to experience it again.
