Excellent staff. Lovely facility. Comfortable room. The bed was/is great. Amazing restaurant with allergens listed for each menu item.

This hotel is very well located. Rooms are well laid out and very comfortable, with good beds and bathroom amenities. Very clean. Staff was most accommodating, for any of our needs. Prices were higher than usual because it was during the Opera Festival weeks, but not unfairly so.

Fab hotel..very handy for us with a wheelchair user. Lively clean bedrooms. Very tasty and varied breakfast room. Catharina is a fantastic waitress so helpful to us. Lovely swimming pool. Been here 5 years in a row for hols with kids and wheelchair users everyone loves it. Great shopping town and easy access streets from lower carpark very steep from main hotel entrance with wheelchair.

We went for afternoon tea after the SPA, service very good, fast and friendly. Coffee and tea nice, afternoon tea treats really fresh and tasty. Free parking. Tranquility SPA very nice experience, clean and war. Thermals quiet and small. Sauna a little too cold for what it suppose to be, but cozy and clean. Orange juice and water in relaxation room. Treatment rooms a looks like small and beds are not very comfortable. Treatment was very enjoyable and good. Ropes could be a larger sizes. In general very nice and enjoyable experience, will recommend and will be back myself.

I had a great holiday and was sorry to leave. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive to all my needs. I look forward to returning and letting others know of your hotel and its excellent service, food and hospitality. When I needed help with the heating in my room, the receptionist sent up someone so promptly to turn on the heating. The quality and variety of the food was excellent and the kitchen staff have wonderful creative skills with the starters and desserts! I took photographs to show my friends on my return to Dublin. As I like to have a single room, I was very pleased and happy that your hotel supplied it at a reasonable rate. Thank you. I am grateful as this has been a problem for me at other hotels. Well done! Please convey my gratitude to all your staff especially those helpful ladies at Reception and all the staff in the dining room. Continued success as you deserve it.

Very comfortable stay, was upgraded to a lovely room on the fourth floor. Lovely comfy bed, everything clean and tidy. Great shower with different shower settings. Wonderful staff, great food, loved the welcome coffee and scone voucher and free newspaper. Wifi was very good as well. All in all a great break. Thanks to all the staff.

We stayed for 3 nights could not fault anything about our stay. We got married in whites 5 years ago and it was great to be back. I will always love this hotel the staff are lovely and very friendly. Bedrooms are very spacious 1double and 2 singles and the most comfortable pillows I have ever had in a hotel. Breakfast was lovely every morning very busy but we were never waiting long for a table. The kids love the hot chocolate from the cafe. Overall everything was perfect and we will be back again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on every level. room had a fabulous view, was very comfortable. Spa was great. Ate in the bar, lovely food and good service. Great breakfast bar. Everything laid back, welcoming and comfortable !

So this is a nice hotel we're a large table in the of over 12 people . We had booked a table the day before but the table was not ready when arrived. But they rallied around and sorted a large table very quickly.. the food was excellent apart form the chips which the bowl was half full of little crispy bit then a few big chunky ones on top. Otherwise great service nice general hotel atmosphere..

Loved everything. The location is right in the center of town so amazing views overlooking the bay. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The beds are large and extremely comfortable. Air conditioning that works. Good deals if you book at the right time.

Lovely staff ..so helpful and friendly. Food in the bar was gorgeous.Room very clean..the breakfast was one of the best we have had in any hotel ..loads of healthy options. Overall lovely hotel and I look forward to my next stay.

The hotel was lovely with utmost efficiency. They catered for me with my special dietary needs. My husband and I will be at the hotel for a family wedding in the summer. I think the hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable and I liked the king sized bed.

Lovely staff all round. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was delicious. We were there for the purpose of a spa break and will highly recommend the Tranquillity Spa. It is beautiful and treatments were fab and so relaxing. The whole experience was very enjoyable and would have no problem returning again or recommending to others

Overnight stay with dinner. Bright spacious room. Bright corridors. Comfy beds and very helpful and friendly staff at reception. Very good value. Will come again.

Great value for money. Excellent food with really friendly restaurant staff. The bar was very good too and the reception area was excellent.
Loved the swimming pool and the gym and the staff were very helpful.
I had a treatment and it was very good. Only negative for me was the spa facility. Two issues:
The relaxation area is noisy and too small. In the men's changing area the light sensor cannot detect if someone is in the shower and at the lockers near the shower entrance. This is a potential accident waiting to happen.
