  I got my dissertation printed here. The staff were very unhelpful and unwilling to offer any advice on how to get the best print. As a result my finished product had a glaring error in it (the pages weren't mirrored so every other one was off). My friends visited other printing shops where the staff sat down with them, looked over their item and checked to make sure there was nothing wrong. Reads has a complete lack of customer service.

  Been here twice: print a thesis book and print on a photo paper. Both are satisfying, the staffs are extremely helpful and super patient. Although there lots of queue, but all get sorted quickly and professionally. One word, Excellent!

  Very poor customer service. I called in for some advice on a poster design and i was handed a business card and told to forward on what i need, i never got any advice. Bad company to deal with

  Been using Reads for about a year now as the designer for a large business. They have taken care of all my requests no matter how short notice with speed and competence. The staff are exceedingly polite and friendly and always willing to help me sort stuff out, prices are good and service very fast. Could not recommend more highly.

  Went there to print papers and get a large envelope to ship something, I found all I needed and paid for it by card, everything was perfect.

  Shop came highly recommended. Unfortunately, price at the shop different from price on the website and I fell victim of their "hidden cost". Complained and I was told it's "excluding VAT". This is the first time I've heard this in any shop.
  
  Good service overall, quick in and out but should be more honest with their prices. Or rather just state your price including VAT like normal shops

  Excellent.
  
  Sorted out a few jobs, were able to use Dropbox etc and my PDF's and incorporate same into the finished print job. Did a test print of all in front of me to ensure OK.
  
  Another unnamed printer had let us down and delighted we went with Reads as a better price and a better job done!

  Great place to get large posters printed! Online ordering and they were ready for pick up within a few hours! Location is confusing however. They have separate buildings for each service. I waited in line at the wrong counter (photocopying) only to be told to go to another place. Needs more clear signage!!! Overall, a good experience.

  The printing isn't as cheap as they make out - there are hidden costs!
  
  Rang them to inquire about printing times - was told it would be 2-3 hours. Emailed them the pdfs to print to Lavinia, and when I called later to follow up, I was told it would be 3 days. They then forgot to send me the invoice until the following day, and that delayed the printing further. After paying, we were told they would be ready on saturday at 12pm. We arrived at 4pm and were told that 'Lavinia must have forgotten them'.
  
  We had to wait 3 hours (until 7pm!) for them to print and cut the pdfs there-and-then.
  When we complained, and also tried to query some issues with the pricing the manager just shrugged and said 'I don't know, I was on holiday'.
  
  When they finally responded about our price query (3 days later) it turns out that they had charged us €60 in setup fees - Literally just to open the pdfs! I can appreciate that there needs to be setup fees - but 60€ is no small charge! This was never explained in the invoice.
  
  We didn't receive an apology for the delay at all.
  Definitely seems like the people we dealt with really didn't care about their jobs at all - not even the manager! It really seems like they make up their prices as they go along.
  
  Would not recommend!
