Terrible to deal with, arrogant and complete rip off merchants. Try to upsell at every chance, gap insurance when you buy the car, tyres when you service it and clearly don't need them. Will never go back. Put me off buying Audi again.

Arrived today for a software recall appointment and blew a tyre on the way over. Audi, replaced my tyre free of charge without being asked. Never have I experienced such service from an Irish dealerexceptional customer servicethank you very much !!!!!

Dear Frank (the service manager),
Today was my 3rd and last yearly service before the 3 year Audi Fixed Price Service Plan expires very soon.
After I’ve dropped the car, giving you all the necessary information you need, you refused to service my car, claiming that I haven’t driven enough mileage that will need servicing.
I had to call Volkswagen Group to call you that you have no right to refuse me.
So you had to the servicing, overcharging €460 for a simple service to the WW Group.
For sure, you (the Audi North) are damaging the Audi brand.

Worst after sales service and even extremely appalling service I.e. They say 1 year guarantee etc but if you report problems they say it is new problem. Bit of disgrace for the service in charge.
I will never ever buy And no brand trust

Had my 7 year old A6 serviced here , Super customer service via Dave , they found a few recommendations but left the choice up to me to proceed , no sell pressure, Very professional service and put the customer first. Prices were very competative

Disappointed with the post-sales service, not worth the premium you pay. Aside from the tea/coffe you are offered at the entrance, don't have high expectations.

Well, I'm still not rich, but I'm trying, however, unfortunately, I was completely disappointed with the treatment.
I left my car for a health check at AUDI, hey this was my first AUDI, I bought an A6, 2003, all revisions made in dealerships AUDI here in Ireland, I left my car with AUDI NORTH in Dublin, and only to the diagnosis was charged 270 euros, and visual health check free.
However, I just received a news that to fix this car, I will pay less than 5000 euros here in Ireland these AUDI A6 are being sold at 1,500 euros, and will pay 5000 euros to repair the car.
I'm still not rich, but the day that I am rich, I do not I'll have a AUDI, and this my AUDI A6, I'll leave it in my garage, and put a sticker with the value that the AUDI NORTH Dublin told me, I will put such a value, I am donating this car to anyone who will pay 5000 euros to tidy it at AUDI.
