My daughter got a dwarf hamster two weeks ago and today found it dead . So rang shop and staff member said would ring as store manager was busy. Staff member did ring back only to be told of 7 day policy and not by manager . How to lose a customer, great customer care NOT

To be honest I am fundamentally against pet ownership. That said however; it is a respectable establishment and they do offer the service of grooming and shampooing dogs and bitches. While unfortunately this is not yet a duty or public service in Galway, it is open to the public and their four legged friends, a fact which can be verified any weekend as random roovers can be observed in various states of bathing from being lathered up to the ears to being blown dry by the handmaids. I'd suggest such duty as a recommendation for the city council posthaste.
The interior smells like animals, because there are all types of animals in there doing whatever it is that they do (I'm referring to the shop of course not the council.)

Staff are very friendly. Ive been bringing my dog to their groomer for years. They always do a great job with him.

Great place for all your pet needs, staff really helpful and the grooming service is excellent.
I recommend the blueberry facial and pawdicure :-)

I love petmania there pet care there is a lot better than pet world as they do not use the unsafe hamster fluff great prices and the staff are helpful and honest towards customers and they also have an equine section
