THANK YOU to the wonderful Firststop team. Always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend. I have been a customer for a number of years now and have recommended to friends who are now also customers. I have dropped in at short notice on occasion with a puncture repair to be done but I also get my car serviced here. Be it a puncture repair, light bulb change or a full service - nothing is ever a problem and the service is always friendly and efficient. Thank you all again for helping me out today

Called in here after a worrying error message appeared on my car while on holiday with my family. I was seen almost straight away, the problem was resolved and we were on our way - with our minds at rest that we were not about to break down hundreds of miles from home! So grateful for your help, an excellent and professional service. Thank you.

Definitely 5* service. Excellent customer service, took care of my needs on the spot, put my mind at rest and all with a smile - Robert - thanks for your help last Friday and I'm soooooooo sorry Mayo didn't win the game outright. But another chance on Sunday - I'll be rooting for your team!

Dealt with Robert in there, have to say fantastic service. i could see they were busy, but they still made time for me and dealt with me straight away. took 5 minutes and my puncture was repaired. not looking anywhere else for repairs or new tyres.

Had a screw in my tyre causing a slow leak. Took it to the shop where they wouldn't take anything for the service. I insisted on giving a 5 note for the fix. Kind, expedient, and so very friendly. Thanks for your help.

Absolutely superb service. Got two new tyres and all four wheels balanced. The car hasn't been this smooth in the time I've owned it. Will definitely use these guys again and will highly recommend as often as I can.
